Pour le billard, il faut réserver et arriver tôt car l'attente peut être longue et un dépôt en espèces est demandé. La musique est parfois trop forte et peut gêner les conversations, et l'expérience de l'accueil ou du service varie selon le personnel: certains clients apprécient le service et l'accueil chaleureux, d'autres signalent des attitudes peu aimables. Le tarif des boissons et du billard est parfois jugé élevé et certains évoquent des soucis d'entretien ou une odeur peu agréable. Des incidents isolés, comme des dommages sur des effets personnels lors d'un service, ont suscité de la frustration et le personnel n'a pas toujours réagi comme attendu. La sécurité est présente et rassurante, et l'emplacement est pratique avec la proximité d'une station de métro. Honestly this is more of 5 but this gets a two because of one of the coat check girl's rapport skills. Rest of staff was amazing ( the person who served us & the person which up our drinks)
I came in a 15 minutes late into the reservation, but i had notified them were ok with it. Once I actually got there & had asked for the reservation, the woman didn't even do her due diligence to ask who it was for & was being unnecessarily mean. It was once i finally said my name & showed my phone did she take my claim seriously. She had accepted my friend's ID a few moments before & didn't even ask for his name. We switched the IDs .
After my 2 hours was up, I wanted to pay, this person was still unnecessarily mean spirited.
It could have been a bad day but still. It was enough for me to write this. Have a talk with that crew specifically from February 6th.
Very nice! Very, very nice! I like pool. Beer is expensive, but what can you do. It's a pool place, not a beer place. But beer is nice too. Had a great time. I love playing pool & drinking beer.
The bartender was super rude ! I ordered many drinks & left a tip at every drink .. & so the last drink I missed the tipping part & he acted very rudely towards me & gave me a passive agressive attitude & ruined my mood! I always come to Fitzroy & enjoy my time with friends but this is not a way to act with client sorry. It's not the place, it's the bartender.
Great place to spend time with friends. If you are going on weekend there will be wait at least 1 hour to get pool table. Foosball is also available. Drinks are good & food is okay . Music & vibe is good place is only two minutes from metro.
Notre barman était super MAIS je dois être honnête....mon homme lui demande PK il n'a pas son sucre alentour comme le 1er drink qu'il a reçu ?! Il lui de dire qu'il n'a pas le temps à cause que sa roule bcp 😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫ma turn OFF J'AVAIS JAMAIS ENTENDU CELLE LA ......

Nice place to hang out with friends on a Saturday night: have some drinks, play billiards, or watch a hockey game. It wasn't possible to reach anyone on the phone to make a reservation though, so it's better to come in earlier, not to wait for quite some time for a billiard table to be free. We came in at 7pm, got the table at 8ish & had to leave at around 10pm, as our total reservation time was over. It would be nicer if there were a bit more space. It was pretty much crowded when we were there. Don't expect a high-end service. The drinks wish a better quality; cocktails may not necessarily include the ingredients they actually should 😁. So, just pay attention to what they mix in together 😉. As for food, you can get some even after 10pm. The buffet works late. The important thing is that it's impossible to find a parking spot on Saturday night near the place! Consider taking a metro or whatever works best for you. Overall, it's a good place. Go, see & decide for yourself.
Love that place to play pool or babyfoot. I like the fact that you can also have a drink in a cozy space, not just a pool bar feeling kinda thing. There's always a waiting list for the pool tables tho, so just be prepared to wait & have a drink or play babyfoot in the meantime. I find the drinks a bit boring, nothing special, but eh, the gin tonics are good ! They could also add vegan options to the food menu, that'd be nice (there's absolutely none.)
If you are group of friends & looking for a bar to chill, get some drinks & not being required to dress a certain type of way.
I would recommend trying Fitzroy, located 2mins away from the Mont Royal Metro Station.
On the weekends it may be a bit crowded, worst cases be there before midnight & do a line up.

I heard of Fitzroy as a trendy place to host a birthday, I went to check it out first to see if it was my kind of scene. Online the food & drink menu looked great, I wish I would have gotten to try some but I didnt stay for long because the service was sorely lacking.
We went in for about 9 pm & the place was moderately busy, we asked one of the two women at the reception that we wanted to sit down for food & drinks. She simply waved us toward the tables & said " If you find an empty spot you can sit there" It was our first time so we weren't at all familiar with the layout. There were a few tables that could sit 6 people that only had 2 people sitting at them & we didnt want to bother them to see about sharing or moving the tables apart. When we did find somewhere to sit it turned out the table was reserved by people that were up playing pool across the bar & their friends shooed us away. We weren't able to find a waiter to help us & since the receptionnist hadn't been super helpful the first time around we decided to leave.
I was pretty disappointed with my visit, I wish I had been able to try the food & drinks.
