About

Fish Bone focuses on the preparation of fresh aquatic proteins sourced directly from maritime suppliers to ensure peak flavor profiles. The menu centers on wood-fired grilling techniques that impart a distinct char while maintaining the delicate textures of various fish species. Patrons select from an assortment of market-fresh ingredients displayed prominently to emphasize the raw quality of the produce. The preparation methodology prioritizes simplicity by allowing the natural salinity of the sea to dictate the seasoning profiles. Durable surfaces and an open-concept layout define the spatial configuration, facilitating a direct connection between the culinary production and the dining area. Systematic attention to heat control and timing ensures that every protein retains its structural integrity during the transformation process. This establishment prioritizes the fundamentals of elemental cooking through rigorous technical execution.

We went on a Friday night. There was a DJ & the music was on point (throwback 2000s). Service was friendly. We grabbed their truffle oil salmon tartare, their rock n' roll sushi & their truffle fries. The food was really good. Their cocktails are also very enjoyable (amaretto sour).

Great food. We had the steak & we were very impressed. The food was a bit expensive, but we thought it was worth it. The music gets quite loud around 10PM so if you're not into that, make sure to com early!
