Server was very friendly & knowledgable about menu. Place was very reserved & well maintained. Reason for the 4 stars was because they were out of ALL draft beers & appeared to be out of every other beer unless it was lager or pale lager (out of brown ales, wheat beers, etc…you know the ones with flavor 😉.)
02/09/2023 - lovely birthday lunch for my Aunt Gladys today. Great food & really great service from Karolina. She did everything right to make us feel welcome & certainly made my Aunt Gladys’s day! She even brought out an ice cream sundae with a sparkling sparkler! Thank you Karolina! 🙏🌺
Prime Roast Beef Au Jus on the menu said "slow roasted to perfection" were far away from perfection. Looked like they were cooked days before & reheated until well done / dried out. Mashes tasted like they had been cooked days before as well.
Cooked forthe previous weekend ?
& brussels sprout over grilled in the oven with light sprinkle of parmesan & supposedly with bacon for 12$. They were less than 6 sprout in the plate. I feel I was a victim of the lack of customers in that restaurant.
So 59$ for sprouts, cooked meat & mashed.
Martini 18$ for a half full glass because "it's hard to carry" :-(
So 2/5 for food quality wasn't there but potential is)
4/5 service (1 server for a table of 12 & always look after his table)
3/5 atmosphere nice & comfy but my goal at going to a restaurant is 1 food, 2 service, 3 atmosphere. I felt like I was paying for an over spacious restaurant empty.
We enjoyed finger foods for 5-7. The service was excellent & for sure we'll come back.
Haven’t been at the Firegrill in a long time Place haven’t change but dated Food was good & service was prompt & courteous Good place for a business lunch

Je suis retourné en juillet 2020 Pour notre anniversaire de mariage COVID oblige il étais fermé depuis mars environ
On réalise que le menu a changé plus de table d'hôte Pour le même prix donc pas de salade pas de petit pain durant le service la serveuse nous dit qu'ils évite les manipulation mais je peut avoir une salade mais au prix régulier genre le double du prix que si j'aurais prix la table d'hôte qui n'existe plus à cause du COVID je prends presque toujours la côte de boeuf aux jus qui fond dans la bouche mais cette fois-ci elle n'était pas aussi tendres & 2 petit morceaux de piment grillé pas d'autres légume autre fois chou-fleur brocolis etc au prix que sa coûte bref j'ai été très déçu les petits pains sont-ils vraiment un problème à cause du COVID je trouve que c'est mettre sur le dos du COVID beaucoup de chose de plus pour un vendredi nous étions les seul dans le resto le mal est-il déjà fait? Bref pour moi il ont perdu des étoiles...
Had an extremely disappointing experience today. I went with my work colleagues for lunch, ordered the fillet Mignon Lunch menu. Asked to replace the mashed potatoes with vegetables. They charged me an additional $2 for that only to find that I had ONE cauliflower, ONE Broccoli & a tiny slice of pepper. When done, I asked for my coffee which comes with the menu however the waitress told me to wait until all the group were done paying their bills (were about 20 persons) as she could not get it to me before!! Obviously I left without having my coffee since it was pointless to have it after everyone was gone!
So bottom line I paid$40 for a tiny piece of meat, two pieces of veggies & no coffee!
Service was extremely disappointing as well as the whole experience in general.
I do not think I will go back soon or recommend to anyone

My husband & I have been to this FireGrill several times. The quality of beef is outstanding, & the service is very good & polite, although they don't go that extra mile. At our last visit, we had a cozy spot by the gas fireplace. I just wish that the rib steaks came in a smaller portion, like 12 or 10 oz. My husband prefers the FireGrill over le Biftheque. He finds the beef better-seasoned at the FireGrill. I find the sauce/juice for the prime rib a touch too salty, but otherwise in general, we are usually happy with the food & service. Would we go back there again? We have been, several times!
Un restaurant plutôt ordinaire mais qui vend très chère.
Le carré d'agneau était plutôt gras & sans goût mais les patates était absolument délicieuses.
Le service correct le décor aussi, mais sans plus & pour 160$ pour 2 ... Non c'est trop.
Simply disgusting. Slow service. I ordered a Cajun steak. Them people don't know the meaning of Cajun. Cajun suppose to be spicy & flavorful. The steak tasted like water & it was raw. When I ask for medium not rare.
The waitress I think she just didn't feel like being at work tonight.
Never again.
