Wasn't impressed with food. Spinach dip wasn't good at all. Too much flour in it. Steak was Tough with no taste. Salad looked tired & dessert was just ashamed to eat. Sugar crust on cream brûlée was a gooey mixture that stuck to the spoon in full chunk. I would not recommend this place to friends & family.

Food was amazing, delicious & very flavorful as usual. The restaurant Ran out of Amaretto liquor after my 1st drink, but I did enjoy it. Customer service was 50/50, we were in a large group. Both waiters male & female did their best. But the female seemed a little less experienced than the male. The male paid a bit more to detail & was more attentive to what was being asked & he surely delivered with a smile. Would definitely return & will recommend.

Appetizers arrived luke warm, waitress had to be flagged down to be able to place our order, sitting around with empty glasses unless we asked for refills, restaurant wasn't busy but still anyone who came in were seated at the table right next to other people, place seemed dark & dingy.

Je dois préciser que c'était pour un souper de noel de bureau. La nourriture était très bonne, mais le service.... ouf, c'était pas terrible ! Pas capable de se faire servir en français. Même si la compagnie avait payé pour des tickets échangeable pour des boissons, il a fallu s'obstiner avec les serveuses. & oublier le fait de payer en argent, elles ne prennent que les cartes. On a mangé vers 7h & à 8:30h, ils commençaient à enlever les chaises & tables. Je ne le recommande vraiment pas pour un souper de groupe. Peut-être que c'est mieux si on y va seul ou à deux !

I had the firegrill hamburger, it was amazing i was pleasently surprised how good the meat tasted on the grill, juicy & crunchy. Great choice. I recommend it to anybody wanting a perfect hamburger.

We went late, about 2 hours before close. First time there & no complaints about the service itself. The hostess was very polite & the waiter too. The food wasnt great. When the waiter asked how everything was we said ok as we didn't want to have to wait longer to eat because of the time. Plus, I also don't trust food sent back when eating out. My friend's chicken was good, but my hamburger was extremely dry & no flavor. It came with firehouse sauce that was barely on it. Most restaurants cook hamburgers well-done unless specified but this was like cardboard & flavorless. The mojitos we ordered for $11 tasted like nothing more than soda with lime & mint & zero alcohol taste. Maybe it was because ¾ of the glass was ice or maybe they really put no alcohol in it, but that was disappointing. The coffee was just warm & the 10% creamer possibly had started to turn because the coffee had an aftertaste once I added it. We wouldn't go back again for the prices & low quality of food & drinks. It's too bad because the service itself was good.

The food was absolutely amazing! But, the server was not very plesant. He was a bald older gentlemen (I did not get his name). Who yelled at me for tipping him $5. He said I should've tipped $9 instead. I could definetly empathise with him because the cost of living is outrageous. However, the way he handled the situation was not very professional. He then manually input the tip percentage on my friends bill & did not allow her to put her tip in herself. We felt really uncomfortable & displeased with the service. She asked for a medium steak & got one that was thoroughly cooked instead. They made a new meal for her which she was very happy with upon it's return. I think it was not fair that the server input the tip he wanted on her bill without giving her the chance to tip him what she thought he deserved. Food was great but service made the experience memorable in a negative way.
