Good pasta, great pizza, good desserts. Very correct for the price. Also, nice atmosphere, good music, & the restaurant is pretty. However, the service is sloppy. They are friendly enough, that's not the issue, but it feels like the waiters are either understaffed, working in a weird system, or didn't know their job. We asked for a pizza to share as an entree, & another pizza & 2 pasta dishes as the main. We were pretty cheesy about what was what. Everything came at the same time, so first of all, so my pizza was cold by the time I ate it, & then the side of fries came when we were done eating. The dessert menu appeared before taking out the table, so we were looking at our dirty dishes while trying to imagine the dessert. Decent wine menu though, correct prices. Conclusion: I'd go with some friends, hang out, have a bottle of wine & snack on a pizza. You'll have a good time.View more

We had the pizza & it was phenomenal. I will tell you basically they are meant for one person. They look bigger but are very thin. Maybe with a salad 2 can share 1 pizza. Our server was Marjorie. She was super knowledgeable & kindView more

La nourriture est délicieuse; la salade, les pâtes & la pizza. Notre coup de coeur va pour les polpettes authentiques italiennes. Tellement tendres, elles fondent dans la bouche. Sehr gutes Italienisches Essen. Ambiente wird leider duch die laute Musik (welche nicht zu einem italienischen Restaurant passt) abgewertet. Das Personal ist zwar freundlich aber hecktisch und unpersönlich. Uns wurde nicht gefragt ob es geschmeckt hat und die Rechnung wurde uns beim vorbelaufen regelrecht auf den Tisch geworfen.View more

Das Essen war sehr gut und es kam zügig, auch wenn das Restaurant voll war. Der Service ist jedoch sehr unpersönlich und die Musik ist ab 21 Uhr so laut, dass man laut miteinander sprechen muss.View more

We got seated around 8:10 & it took over an hour for my table to get 3 pasta entrees. It doesn't seem like many people were coming to the restaurant so we were sitting for over an hour waiting for our food. The first Fiorellino branch we went to was on Rue de la Gauchetiere. It is a very cozy & beautiful restaurant on the inside with candles on each table & with a staff that is always looking out for you. The food is fantastic & the pasta is a must try. We ended with the tiramisu which was just as delicious. Just make sure you have your reservation & dress up fancy for this is a venue that is the epitome of class & elegance. A definite 10/10 & we will be coming back for more. Particularly the Nutella bitesView more

I've been here 3 times in the last year, the food & service was good. We were served by the staff near the bar, & it was a pleasant experience. However, the most recent time I went there, we ordered later in the evening & I believe they rushed cooking our food. My pasta was very undercooked, I couldn't finish it because it was inedible. I only took two bites, & it was almost half the serving because the portion was so small. I also had to ask for more bread five times to 4 separate servers to finally get my bread. While the Caesar salad was nice, I was quite disappointed with the pesto pasta. The portion was really small & not generous with the burrata, especially considering the price of $31 CAD. I expected better value for the cost. Overall, the meal did not meet my expectations, & I hope they improve the portion sizes & quality of the pasta dish in the future.View more
