Ferme Marineau Laval Restaurant: Menu, Reviews & Reserve (2026)
Desserts & SweetsIce CreamBoutique-CounterNon-alcoholic Drink OptionsPrepared Meals
Ferme Marineau has been part of Laval's agricultural landscape since 1921. The company's 2 farmers' markets are located on Dagenais and Samson boulevards. On boulevard Dagenais, Ferme Marineau offers an artisanal creamery, a kiosk selling fruits and vegetables grown mainly in its own fields, processed gourmet products and other local products. In season, you can pick your own strawberries, blueberries, flowers and pumpkins, and towards the end of July, you can enjoy a labyrinth. On site, a magnificent park is set up for children, families and couples to enjoy a picnic and our delicious artisanal ice creations.

Review Summary

Reviews describe Ferme Marineau as a beautifully organized farm experience that suits families and friends, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff, a strong emphasis on fresh, local products, and a range of activities that keep both kids and adults engaged. Visitors can pick flowers and seasonal produce, tackle a corn maze, enjoy a pumpkin patch or blueberry and strawberry picking when available, and explore the on site market with breads, cheeses, pies, jams, and homemade goods, plus a cremerie and cafe for treats. The layout and facilities are praised for being well thought out, with plenty of space, parking, and handy features like carts to transport baskets and youngsters. Seasonal events add extra charm, including flower festivals, live music, and a festive vibe with decorations that feel authentic and cozy. The experience is frequently described as affordable, family friendly, and worth the trip from near Montreal, with many noting the quality of the produce and the ice cream as standout highlights. Certain caveats appear, such as weekend crowds, weather dependent activities, occasional miscommunication about available picking options, and limited transportation for visitors relying on public transit or with mobility needs; dogs are not allowed in some areas. Overall Ferme Marineau is regarded as a must visit for a day outdoors, offering plenty of activities, a market filled with local goods, and a welcoming atmosphere that invites a return.

Good experience. Halloween 🎃 👻 decor was amazing. This was my first ever pumpkin farms visit & I learnt how many different types of pumpkins are there. Picked up some fresh strawberries 🍓 as well. Price was cheaper than any big stores. Good for families with kids to spend sometime. A lot of kids activities. Price was 10 dollars for adults. & 7 for kids i guess(not sure).

I loved this place & will definitely return. I sent photos to some friends who had plans to go to another pumpkin patch & they decided to come here instead! There were lots of nice activities for the kids, live music, a corn maze, & hundreds of pumpkins & squash to choose from. There is a nice little boutique with homemade jams & very affordable local vegetables. They also sell delicious ice cream, coffees & hot apple cidre. I highly recommend this place for families! Note: They are open from June to the end of October.

Very big farm. We went at the end of September for pumpkin picking & flower picking. Very organized, has parking, the stuff very polite & fast. They have their own market that you can buy fruits & vegetables, bread, milk, different kind of cheese, yogurt, pies etc. We bought strawberries (Very sweet), milk (good quality), several different kind of cheese (i highly recommend) & a pumpkin pie (it was really tasty) Also they have their own ice cream shop & they make their own ice cream. I highly recommend to try it. It's soooo worth it !!! Very tasty, real ice cream. I will definitely go back during summer to pick fruits but I will go back to buy cheese & milk from there !!! It was worth it every single $.
