J'ai fait 45 minutes de route spécialement pour venir acheter des biscuits chez Félix & Norton sur Peel. En arrivant, le magasin était complètement fermé, sans aucune affiche sur la porte pour expliquer la situation. Le plus frustrant, c'est que rien n'était indiqué sur leurs réseaux sociaux non plus. Un simple avis en ligne ou une affiche aurait évité à des clients de se déplacer pour rien.

C'était une perte de temps & une expérience très décevante. Après m'être déplacé pour rien, je ne reviendrai plus.

Honestly, I've been multiple times & love the cookies & the service. I came in & heard this woman (I think she was the manager) yelling at her employees. It wasn't a good sight, nonetheless they gave a great service. Maybe management should learn from them.

Its good but i wish they switched up the cookies more often… maybe remove a few flavors & add some new ones? Or have a cookie of the season like a chefs creation? Maybe im asking too much but new flavours would be interesting… a fudge cookie? A peanut butter cookie? Pistachio chocolate cookie?
