"Even if Fang Chi wasn't in my neighborhood, I'd make a special trip here. The room's not fancy, but the food is always fresh and well-prepared, and the staff could not be friendlier. I'm giving 3 stars for atmosphere only because the room could use a refresh, but - honestly - that's part of the charm."
