New in town, just googled a restaurant close to our inn, we came & throughly enjoyed her signature smoky jollof rice & poundo yam with egusi! Goodness Gracious! 10/10 across board 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 well done Ma'am
Love love love their meals, got to know about them from a friend & honestly, the taste has been consistent & their portion ( generous) compared to other African restaurants I've tried, I think their price is a bit fair. Please keep up the good work
Nice, delicious food & plenty enough for 2 days, would order every day different dishes
The best Nigerian food in town! I ordered takeout & the food was waiting on the counter, pipping hot, when I arrived. The pounded yam, egusi & stew were on point & delicious. I recommend this restaurant 100%. Thank you!
The rice is perfectly smoky real party rice flavour the meat definitely has a different texture anyone that knows african food knows love love love the food here & the staff is so nice. Also huge portions
I ordered from DoorDash .. first of let me start off by saying I'm a big fan of egusi .. the sauce alone here is good now the issue is the meat is often bone or tripe the beef is taken from another stew .. it's not cooked with the egusi it's literally taken from wtv left over soup they have .. let it be beef & stew they just plop it onto the plate.. I don't know if they think people are stupid & have never eaten egusi before but this is a disappointment. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THE RESTAURANT HAS DONE THIS. If this was someone's first time eating Nigerian food as a Nigerian myself I'd be embarrassed
We tired this wonderful place for the 1st time last night. The owner is so friendly, warm & inviting. The restaurant is also clean & cozy. We had jollof rice with Asun & pepper soup. The food was 10/10. The jollof was amazing & Asun goat was tasty & perfectly spiced.
I have to try this place again when I visit the city!
