First time there. Very good service, being with friends in a cozy corner (a bit hot for the one in the corner 😉) gave a sweet atmosphere, but I need to admit the FOOD is outstanding, which is what we should expect from a restaurant! I ordered a Filet Mignon (my fav) medium, not only it was spot-on, but it just melts in your mouth, simply divine! That would've made my evening, but I dared order the apple donuts with caramel coating: fabulous!
I still salivate rethinking about it.
I love the Vieux-Beloeil for their restaurants & nice scenery, but it's worth 110% your money!
Je me suis commandé un repas à l'aide du menu disponible sur le site web. Résultat : le repas n'est pas du tout ce que j'avais commandé & je découvre que le prix n'est plus le même.
On me répond alors que ce n'est ni de ma faute, ni de la faute de la serveuse.
C'mon !
Service peu avenant. Aucune offre de remplacement lorsque je les informe que ce n'est pas ce que j'avais commandé.
Outre l'ambiance très bruyante à l'intérieur & l'espace restreint, je ne le recommande à personne.
Le moelleux fondant était aussi sec & bien moins savoureux qu'un simple brownie d'épicerie.

Wow, quelle belle découverte ce restaurant. De l'entrée au dessert, c'est un WOW, WOW, TELLEMENT délicieux,savoureux & très cochon. Le service est impeccable, l'accueil chaleureux & des employées souriantes & efficaces. La présentation des assiettes + ++10. On se reverra c'est certain, en plus c'est un apportez son vin. 🥰🥰
If you're in the process of choosing a good restaurant in Vieux Beloeil & your priority is gastronomy & excellent service, this is the place to choose. OK, it's not located by the river so you don't have the charm of river & mountain view. However, & Caetera has better cuisine & more professional service. Also, surprisingly, it's more economical than the other restaurants in the neighborhood. Another substantial advantage is that here you can bring your own wine which has a considerable impact on your bill. So don't forget to bring a good bottle of wine from the SAQ because they don't sell any on premises. Its one or the other here in Quebec. At the time of my visit, this restaurant was only open in the evenings, not for lunch. The outdoor terrasse is where you want to sit on a nice summer evening but it's a little tight & crowded. They also have plenty of indoor seating which seems more spacious & comfortable. Making a reservation is a must. I had the fried squid which was delicious & served in one piece but sliced (original) & the carré d'agneau which was cooked to perfection (rosé). I highly recommend this restaurant for fine French cuisine & best value for your money.

Nous avons été souper au restaurant & Caetera, dans le Vieux-Beloeil, la température était confortable, nous avons donc profité de la terrasse. Nous sommes satisfaits car la nourriture était savoureuse, les portions étaient généreuses & Denise nous a offert un très bon service. Nous y retournerons c'est certain.
Merci pour ce fabuleux repas, nous serons de retour. J'ai pris la paella aux fruits de mer, poulet, chorizo qui étaient tous cuits à la perfection & en portion incroyablement généreuse. Mon conjoint a pris la joue de veau qui fondait dans la bouche accompagnée d'une polenta crémeuse. Vraiment, wow!!! ❤?🤤
