Le repas était correct, mais j'ai toujours mangé du meilleur Escondite à d'autres endroits. (ex : beaucoup de friture sans poulet dans le poulet frit, les churros pas cuits)

Les 6 employés croisés lors de notre souper ne parlait pas vraiment français.... La communication était difficile (ex : pas possible de savoir ce que contenait l'expérience découverte). Le service n'était pas présent. Il a fallu que je me lève de la table pour aller chercher la serveuse après 30 minutes assis sans plus d'un'bonsoir' (pas de verres d'eau, pas de prise de commandes).
& le nombre d'employés correspondait bien au nombre de clients.

On avait l'impression de déranger les employés. Une table de six avec réservation quelques jours d'avance. Un samedi soir d'été où le resto n'était même pas à la moitié de sa capacité.

Très décevant, pour une chaîne que nous apprécions...
