On était un groupe donc nous avons eu le menu'Expérience Escondite'. C'était superrr bon!!! La guacamole hyper fraîche! Les saveurs de la salade de mangues était incroyables !Les tacos (boeuf, morue & poulet) un pur délice. & les Churros sont chauds & super bons!! Vraiment c'est un restaurant à tester vous n'allez pas le regretter!!!!
Les prix sont très élevés pour la quantité de nourriture servie; les tacos contiennent si peu de viande qu'on reste avec faim. Le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas justifié.
De plus, le service était désagréable; l'employé qui m'a servi avait une haleine vraiment dérangeante & une attitude peu professionnelle, ce qui gâche complètement l'expérience. C'est un endroit bien réputé, mais une exécution largement en dessous des attentes.
Couldn't have asked for a better experience! The food, service, & atmosphere were all 10/10. Peter took such good care of us, & Jeffrey behind the bar was super welcoming. Will be back!
Escondite is a good Mexican spot. First time trying out the south shore one, as good as the other locations. Few mistakes by service but nothing to make me not visit again

Extrêmement satisfait!!! La bouffe était incroyable & Amira notre serveuse était super gentille & a donné un excellent service!!! 🙌🏼🤩 Je recommande fortement!!
I don't usually leave reviews, but Amira absolutely deserves one. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel like VIPs. She has that rare balance of being attentive without hovering-always there right when you need something. Her warm personality & genuine smile lit up the whole table, & you could tell she really cares about giving guests a great experience.
What stood out most was the little details: remembering our preferences without writing them down, checking in at just the right moments, & making sure everything was perfect. She made the night feel effortless & enjoyable.
Amira isn't just a waitress-she's the reason we'll be coming back. Restaurants need more people like her. If you're lucky enough to be seated in her section, you're in for an amazing experience.

Bad kids quesadillas, tacos so-so, bad hot sauce that was an extra.
Not good service (not awful) but what makes me do not want to return anymore is the Manager's bad countenance.
Expensive for the below average food served. Deçu!!
El Escondite est vraiment incroyable! L'endroit est super beau, le service est chaleureux & attentionné, & la nourriture est tout simplement délicieuse. J'ai particulièrement adoré la salade de mangue & les cocktails - ils sont aussi beaux que bons. J'adore cet endroit!
Was super excited to try this spot out but I was pretty disappointed. I found that the tacos lacked so much flavour. I had heard such good things of this restaurant but I personally would not go back. The drinks were good. The chips & guacamole tasted like nothing, not even salty a little. The tacos needed sauce because the toppings & the meat were all bland. I would come here for the atmosphere, get a little margarita but that's it!
