Superbe soirée à l'ÉPI!!! Les plats sont savoureux & abordables même avec une recommandation Michelin! & que dire du service! Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Demandez conseils au sommelier, il saura vois surprendre pas des offres qui sortent de l'ardoise!
les accords des vins avec les mets, l'explosion des saveurs des aliments & la chaleureuse ambiance! Ce restaurant mérite amplement sa reconnaissance par le Guide Michelin. Zéro snobisme en plus.

Ambiance géniale, plats originaux & très goûteux & le service personnalisé… comme si tu étais de la famille du proprio! Tout se démarque de ce restaurant!
Une harmonie des saveurs exceptionnelle & un grand respect des produits, à un prix plus que décent. Une deuxième visite, attendue depuis des années, qui confirme les grandes qualités du chef. Notre serveur était sympathique & a su nous faire une excellente suggestion quant au vin. En endroit petit & convivial qui mérite amplement le détour.
Excellente cuisine mais portion trop petite compte tenu du prix. Comme c'était de la fine cuisine j'aurais apprécié boire mon vin dans des verres de meilleurs qualité.
Highlight = ambiance! Super avec le DJ barman qui mix entre ses drinks.
Cuisine agreable, classique petites portions partageables a un prix significatif. Sans necessairement impressionner.
A ameliorer… le service. On demande de nous expliquer le menu de 6 plats. Reponse avez vous des questions, le menu est explicite… aucune presentation des plats au service.
Malheureusement un peu decu par rapport aux attentes… une recommandation Michelin cest un couteau a double tranchant.

Une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle ! Les associations de saveurs sont tres originales & visiblement très recherchées. Le service est à la fois professionnel & chaleureux, on se sent vraiment pris en charge avec attention. Je recommande sans hésitation !

La nourriture était juste trop bonne, pour sa qualité des aliments, l'équilibre entre les saveurs, le visuel....TOUT.
Des vins très bien choisis, rendant l'accord mets & vins parfait!

I really wanted to like this place. Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow. There was no drinks menu, so I ordered a whiskey sour. It took about 15-20 minutes to get my drink & in that time, no one had come to take our order. When I got my drink, it was room temperature, I'm pretty sure it wasn't mixed with ice like it should be. My drink was empty for 30 minutes without anyone asking if I'd like another, until just before the food arrived. Then once that drink was empty, I didn't get asked if I'd like another for the rest of the meal. I ended up eating my food without a drink. Now, about the food: When we gave our order we waited a further 50 minutes before our first plates arrived. In that time, a couple arrived at the table 30 minutes after we arrived & they got their plates before us. At this point, we'd been seated for 1hr 15 minutes & we were really hungry. Unfortunately, the portion sizes were ridiculously small. In no way were these plates for sharing. We were told to order 5 plates, but if you're hungry, you could do with 4 plates each. We ate our first 3 plates, then waited another 30 minutes for our last 2 plates to arrive. We were really hungry when we arrived, & we left hungry (given we had both essentially eaten 2 & a half starters each in 2 hours). & we managed to spend 200$+ for the privilege. The ingredients were interesting, & the plating was great, the food looked very high quality. However, the scallops had grit, the Ombre was overcooked & dry, & everything needed salt &/or more seasoning. I think if this restaurant got a larger kitchen with more chefs, added more food (& balance) to each of their playes, & they added a little more seasoning, this place would be worth the price. As it is today, I wouldn't recommend unfortunately.
