We came for our reservation last night excited to try this farm to table experience. Unfortunately it was not a pleasant one. Our reservation was at 8.30 & we didn't receive our main course until 10pm. No shade towards the servers they were fine, it was the kitchen that held everything back. When your super hungry & you see the chefs taking shots with clients & socializing instead of making food you get a little annoyed.
I could have forgiven the long long wait time if the food was amazing, however most of it was cold upon arrival at the table. We had the shrimp dish & the shrimp literally tasted like cold canned versions not the fresh produce we were promised. We also had the carrot dish, we waited over an hour & a half for a tiny piece of super dry pork belly served on cold bland carrots.
Really disappointed in the quality of food. I could have honestly made the dishes better at home.
The vibe of the restaurant was cute for the first hour but it quickly turned into a pretentious mess when you see friends of the chefs getting amazing amuse bouches after they sat down after you. Especially when you have yet to eat anything & then when you do get food it's average at best.
Will not be returning ever & I'm kind of annoyed that I wasted 100$ & still had to get a slice of pizza afterwards.

L'ambiance est géniale, le service avec un personnel connaisseur de ce qui s'offre & une qualité culinaire où chaque plat se laissait manger avec un lot d'odeurs, de saveur & de cuissons juste à point.

C'est la découverte d'une belle table à Trois-Rivières.
Great little restaurant with some tasty innovative dishes. The staff were friendly & helpful. In the summer, it can get hot inside, so opt to sit outdoors where you get the breeze.
Encore une fois, une soirée, un service & expérience culinaire hors du commun! Le seul regret que nous avons est d'avoir eu à partager le plat de boudin à deux...prochaine fois, nous en prendrons un chaque! Un pur délice ❤️

Excellent!! Produits local bien présenté & une très belle sélection de vins. Cuisine créative, produits de saison très bien mis en valeur. Un incontournable!
