Nous y sommes allés un dimanche soir. Nous avons commandés les arrancinis, un tartare de saumon, les raviolis à la courge & une pizza. Tout était délicieux. Le sevbice était excellent. On ne se sent pas rushés de partir comparés à d'autres restaurants.

My wife & I live nearby & decided to try them out. To give proper context my Wife is on a Keto Diet, I am not. She rarely eats the same thing as myself & my step daughter. We prepare meals for us & she makes her own keto friendly meals. This makes it somewhat easy to track food in common.

So we go to the restaurant & the service was good & pleasant. We asked the waitress if the cauliflower crust was keto friendly & they could not confirm so my wife got the salad, myself a Pizza & we chose 2 appetizers that were Keto friendly to share, the meatballs & shrimp. We ate the meal (175.00 with no drinks) & went home with the idea we would come back.

That evening a few house later I began to feel nauseous. The next morning we were both pretty sick. Vomiting, nausea, & a few symptoms I will not go into greater detail. These symptoms persisted for 2 days for us both & were quite intense.

We traced what we ate & the only thing we ate in common over 3 days was the appetizers & suspect the Shrimp was the culprit.

I wrote the restaurant to bring it to their attention & they seemed genuinely concerned. Spoke on the phone & exchanged emails.

The next day they wrote
Me & offered a 50.00 gift card to return to the resto that made us sick. I found that somewhat odd. Told them it was unacceptable & they offered to refund me for the appetizer s. (Less than the gift card) Reluctantly I said yes for no other reason but to put the incident behind me. A week goes by, nothing….they said they would transfer me the refund & it never came, no further communication just forgot about me.

Now I was frustrated, first by the minimal effort to set things straight & then for not doing what they said they would.

I wrote them, told them to keep their refund, filed a complaint & now I am here to detail our experience. They did not even reply to my last email asking why I had not gotten the refund on the appetizers. They simply blew me
Off…..had they sent me my refund as indicated I would not be here writing this now

Clearly they were more concerned with their bottom line than they were with the health & happiness of their clients.

Needless to say we will not be returning.

Fantastic experience! The pizza was amazing. Great taste & lots of options to choose from. Staff were also very friendly & helpful. Can't wait to go back & try a different pizza & other appetizers. Please pass along my thanks to the staff working in the hot pizza oven. The pizza was great!

Très mauvaise expérience.

La nourriture était décevante. Plusieurs plats étaient fades, certains sont arrivés tièdes & la qualité ne justifiait pas le prix payé. Nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux.

Le plus gros problème a toutefois été le service. Certaines serveuses ont fait preuve d'arrogance, d'irrespect & d'un sérieux manque de professionnalisme. Nous avions l'impression de déranger plutôt que d'être des clients. Lorsque nous posions des questions ou demandions de l'aide, les réponses étaient sèches & parfois accompagnées d'une attitude désagréable.

Notre groupe avait réservé à l'avance, mais l'organisation était loin d'être à la hauteur. Le service était lent, la communication était mauvaise & nous avons dû attendre longtemps avant d'être servis.

Si vous êtes un grand groupe, je vous recommande fortement d'éviter cet établissement. Il ne semble pas être en mesure de gérer ce type de réservation de façon professionnelle. C'est dommage, car une sortie entre amis ou en famille devrait être une expérience agréable, & ce ne fut malheureusement pas le cas.

Je ne recommande pas cet endroit & je n'y retournerai pas.

+Beau décor. Nourriture savoureuse. Prix raisonable.
+/-Stationnement gratuit à capacité proportionellement raisonnable. Stationnement à mobilité réduite directement devant les marches exterieures mais pas de rampe.
- Choix de dessert limité & laisse à désirer en gout. Pas beaucoup de choix pour breuvages sans alcool.

Tres Mauvaise expérience
Nous sommes arrivés à 20h45 sachant que l'on peut commander jusqu'à 21h
Tres mal reçu . On nous a dit de commander tout de suite car les cuisines aller fermer . On a reçu tout d'un coup apéro & plat
Plat pas assaisonné pas de sel la serveuse nous a répondu que c'était normal qu'ils laissaient le client lz faire gros n'importe quoi ( mon mari étant cuisiner nous connaissons les règles )
Nous avions un bébé d'où notre arrivée tardive a cause de la route .
On nous a jeté littéralement dehors à 21h45
Payer 150 dollars pour ne meme pas avoir le temps de finir je trouve ça hallucinant ! Nous ne reviendrons pas & nous le dirons bien à tout nos contact de ne pas aller ici !
