We made 2 reservations for 10persons:6+4
When we arrived, they were seating us inside(very noisy). We asked them to seat us outside, they said reservation is done for inside, however that's is not true, cause when you make online reservations, they never request you to chose if outside or inside.
Nevertheless, I asked them to move us outside.
They said it's not possible, cause their tables are only per 4 persons! They were not flexible at all!
So we had to hve dinner inside, with low dim light, highly noisy!
To my surprise, on our way out, I saw 2 tables with 10 & 12 persons each!

The only little dilemma we encountered was that they originally wanted to seat us at a table in the bar section (high table with high stool like chairs). Not practical suggested seating arrangement considering we didn't ask to be seated at the bar. Hostess said there wasn't any tables left indoors other than that & luckily the Manager overheard & miraculously found us one.
Delicious food & nice terrace. Be prepared, patient & ready to allow about an hour before your order is taken & delays in the service. The drinks were a great disappointment (margaritas tasted like the Dead Sea & sangria like watered wine) but the food was worth it & compensated.
I reserved online & even called to confirm my reservation & to confirm that I had written in the notes we wanted a table on the terrace. I spoke with a girl & explained I was confirming the online reservation I had made, because in
the notes I requested a table for 10 & to be on the terrace, she said it's not a problem & it's confirmed. Again, I repeated, "So, 10 people 11:45 tomorrow on the terrace?" She said yes, confirmed. I asked her name, knowing full-well to cover my bases & she told me it was Andrianna (I remember her name, because it's the same as my good friend's daughter). I got to the restaurant, the manager was extremely rude from the get-go telling me they never take reservations on the terrace. I explained that's what I specifically requested & he said, "I'm telling you AS MANAGEMENT we don't take reservations on the terrace." He wouldn't have reason to lie, but I was frustrated, because I had taken the proper steps to confirm & when I told him I spoke with Andrianna he got more hostile & rude & said, "I don't know what you're talking about there's no Andrianna that works here!" Really...would I make that up? Is it not possible then that the girl gave a fake name? Instead of apologizing for a possible miscommunication or treating the situation with respect, management itself was a disaster. I felt embarrassed by the way he spoke to me, as there were other customers around & my colleagues were right behind me. The best part was that the terrace was empty, so he had a table for us, therefore, arguing for no apparent reason. If I were alone, I would have left. This restaurant had been a staple for me, where I've brought many family members, friends & colleagues. I had my first date with my husband there & we would go for our anniversaries. Needless to say, I will not be returning due to the lack of value that is placed on customers.
