Worst service in my life. Table of 6. Waited for 1h45 to get our food. Try to discuss with the manager but she was avoiding us. The waitress was nice & felt terrible about all the mascarade.
We told them if by 10h30 we don't have our meals, we are leaving. At 10h27 they came running with the plates.
Missing lots of ingredients in each meals.

I had an amazing time at Monza, although it took 15-20 minutes to get a waiter just to get some water, John our amazing waiter came & served us & made our night memorable. The service was fast, we got our food & drinks after 10 minutes of ordering & the place was packed so it was pretty unexpected. One tip, if ur ordering a drink , ask for light ice because when i received my drink it was practically just ice. Anyways, John was able to carry a nice conversation with me & my friend that lead to many jokes. i really recommend coming here if ur looking for a cool atmosphere & good italian food.

We always love coming here.The food is a step above most Italian restaurants..Cozy vibe. But writing this review today to highlight the exceptional service we got from Nathan yesterday - incredibly attentive & clearly loves what he's doing.
We look forward to coming back.

Nous étions 3 & nous sommes tous entièrement satisfaits. Calamars parfaite cuisson & pas trop de panure exactement comme on aime! Antipasto délicieux & il y en a assez pour 4 & +! Le thon saisi (salade) était cuit'médium saignant' & se défaisait à la fourchette (à mon goût c comme un filet mignon mais mieux!). Lasagne presque comme chez des vrais italiens wow! & le tartare de boeuf était parfait (ils ont accepté d'en faire un plat principal bravo pour la flexibilité !). Malheureusement après tout ça il n'y avait plus de place pour le dessert ! On est vraiment contents d'un bout à l'autre !

Très déçu par ma commande hier. J'ai pris une pizza familiale pour emporter, à seulement trois minutes du restaurant, & elle est froide en arrivant. J'avais de la visite, c'était vraiment décevant. Quand j'ai parlé avec le gérant, il a suggéré de la réchauffer moi-même. Je trouve ça inacceptable comme réponse. On ne devrait pas avoir à réchauffer une pizza à la maison après l'avoir payée. Je ne recommanderai pas ce restaurant pour emporter. Vous allez être déçus.

Très bon restaurant italien! Le service était bon & la nourriture excellente & fraîche. J'ai adoré le tiramisu, il goûtait réellement le café. J'y retournerai!

Very disappointing experience at Monza Centropolis on Father's Day. During lunch, we were three adults with a newborn in a stroller & wanted to sit on the terrace, where only one table was occupied!! Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we were told we could not keep the baby in the stroller due to'safety reasons.' Actually it's safer to keep a newborn in the stroller than the chair. We were not comfortable with that & decided to leave. Other restaurants in Centropolis had no issue accommodating us, with the stroller & they were much busier. Unfortunately, we won't be returning to the establishment as it is NOT BABY & FAMILY FRIENDLY. As well, management doesn't even respond to reviews so basically they just don't care!
