via LibroDelicious food & nice terrace. Be prepared, patient & ready to allow about an hour before your order is taken & delays in the service. The drinks were a great disappointment (margaritas tasted like the Dead Sea & sangria like watered wine) but the food was worth it & compensated.

I reserved online & even called to confirm my reservation & to confirm that I had written in the notes we wanted a table on the terrace. I spoke with a girl & explained I was confirming the online reservation I had made, because in
the notes I requested a table for 10 & to be on the terrace, she said it's not a problem & it's confirmed. Again, I repeated, "So, 10 people 11:45 tomorrow on the terrace?" She said yes, confirmed. I asked her name, knowing full-well to cover my bases & she told me it was Andrianna (I remember her name, because it's the same as my good friend's daughter). I got to the restaurant, the manager was extremely rude from the get-go telling me they never take reservations on the terrace. I explained that's what I specifically requested & he said, "I'm telling you AS MANAGEMENT we don't take reservations on the terrace." He wouldn't have reason to lie, but I was frustrated, because I had taken the proper steps to confirm & when I told him I spoke with Andrianna he got more hostile & rude & said, "I don't know what you're talking about there's no Andrianna that works here!" Really...would I make that up? Is it not possible then that the girl gave a fake name? Instead of apologizing for a possible miscommunication or treating the situation with respect, management itself was a disaster. I felt embarrassed by the way he spoke to me, as there were other customers around & my colleagues were right behind me. The best part was that the terrace was empty, so he had a table for us, therefore, arguing for no apparent reason. If I were alone, I would have left. This restaurant had been a staple for me, where I've brought many family members, friends & colleagues. I had my first date with my husband there & we would go for our anniversaries. Needless to say, I will not be returning due to the lack of value that is placed on customers.

J'aurais appécié pouvoir réserver sur la terrasse pour un groupe de 8 personnes alors qu'il semblait rester des tables disponibles pour nous.

Quand on consulte le site internet du restaurant, vous dites que c'est un four à bois & non au gaz. Votre publicité est fausse. On n'est très déçu du service, de la nourriture (mon conjoint italien a reçu sa pizza froide) la sauce trop épaisse pour de la pizza c'est bon pour un ragout. Très très bruyant. C'est sûr qu'on ne donneras pas le nom du restaurant à nos amis. On parle du restaurant de Blainville

via LibroFood was good! But quick comment about the reception staff member. Not sure but I think he is more like the Floor manager maybe. There was an attitude that we couldn't understand, maybe he was not in a good mood, but this is definitely a reason for us not to go back again. Long story short, to save you the details, he was not welcoming at all in his answers to our questions. Thank you!
via LibroBonne bouffe italienne...service lent & peu attentionné & nous étions un mardi soir! Notre serveur avait une très grosse table à servir plus quelques tables de 4 personnes. Le garçon de table s'est plus occupé de nous. Nous reviendrons peut-être en espérant mieux comme service...
