J'ai été assez déçu de mon expérience au restaurant Monza. À mon arrivée, j'ai attendu près de 10 minutes avant que quelqu'un ne vienne me voir, & encore plus longtemps avant d'avoir simplement un verre d'eau. Ce manque d'attention dès le départ a vraiment gâché le début du repas.
Dommage, car le cadre est sympathique & le menu semblait prometteur. Un peu plus de réactivité & d'accueil ferait toute la différence.View more

From the time we arrived until we left, the service was impeccable!! I've never had such amazing & quick service. Our server was Audrey. She was absolutely amazing! Incredibly helpful with our menu, & super patient. I was also with my 3 young girls.
I asked her to bring out my girls food as soon as it was ready.. well, it wasn't even 10 mins & their food was being brought out. Another maybe 5 or 10 mins goes by & my food was also being brought out. The food was delicious & HOT! Audrey came & checked on us a few mins after our food arrived to make sure everything was perfect & it certainly was. She was very prompt!
After we finished our dinner, the amazing service doesn't end there. I needed a taxi to get back, & I asked the amazing hostess & she was also super helpful. She called & told me if they weren't there within 5 mins, she'd call again for me. I wish I caught her name. She was incredible too! She made sure one came & watched us get in.
