Je suis venue au Elixor Laval ce soir avec mes parents & ma tante. Ma famille & moi sommes clients ici depuis 15 ans & nous avons toujours aimé le service, l'ambiance & la nourriture à ce restaurant. Par contre, ce soir, notre serveur a vraiment plombé l'ambiance avec une attitude insouciante, défensive & désagréable. Nous avons attendu 30 minutes pour recevoir notre nourriture. Mon père a simplement mentionné au serveur qu'ils nous avaient peut-être oubliés en cuisine. Le serveur a répondu sur un ton tellement bête, défensif & irrespectueux. Depuis ce moment, pas un sourire, pas un check in pour voir si nous manquions de quelque chose ou si tout était correct avec la nourriture, il n'a même pas demandé combien de facture, à la limite s'il vient l'a jeter sur la table. À la fin du repas, même pas une courtoisie d'au revoir. Je ne me suis jamais autant sentie de trop & comme un fardeau pour quelqu'un qui est censé de base faire sa job. Le nom du serveur n'était pas écrit sur la facture, il s'agissait d'un homme d'un certain âge, bien musclé, nous ne l'avions jamais vu auparavant. Bref, expérience de service à la clientèle nulle, je m'en serai largement passé. En espérant que ce monsieur travaillera sur son attitude & ses services à la clientèle.
Elixor never disappoints! The food was fantastic, the coconut shrimp were outstanding & the salmon on bois was cooked to perfection. My dad had the shrimp linguini with langoustine sauce, my mom went for the fish & chips, & every single dish was absolutely delicious. Generous portions, great flavors, & a place that always delivers.

If you like bland American comfort food with some'fusion' meals, go for it I guess. Will never crave anything on this menu. I guess I'd come here only when I kind of have to for convenience's sake. Listen if your goal is to have an excuse to leave you home & not have to cook go for it. Price is good for the huge portions. But it's below'serviceable food' so that's I gave it a less than average rating.
J'ai adoré ma soirée au Elixor, nous étions 4 personnes. Serveur courtois, service très rapide. Margarita comme apéro était très bon. Les calmars en entrée était délicieux tendres & goûteux. Mon burger était excellent la viande cuite au charbon de bois juste parfaite. J'ai terminé avec un café latté qui était excellent également bien mousseux & rempli de saveurs. 10/10
