Worst experience for a big group. We had made a reservation at 6 pm , the moment I've arrived I was told by the hostess they wouldn't sit me in the reserved table until more people showed up 🙄 then my brother arrived & they told him they needed the table for 8:30pm. This information was not communicated on the phone when the reservation was made. Anyway, we thought we would be long gone by that time… oh boy we were wrong! Our food arrived at 8:20 pm. We waited over 1hour20 mins for our food!!! Only served water once, despite asking the waiter several times. My other brother asked for a baby chair, never got it either… not a single apology until of course we all told the waiter that the service was deplorable.. & to top it all off the managers kept watching the whole situation without coming over to apolgize or explain… unfortunately the experience was a horrible… DO NOT RECOMMEND. The food is not worth it eithe

We have a reservation at 6 pm we arrived on time & don't want us to pass to the table until more people of our group arrive, & them said to us, to leave the table at 8:30 because them going to need it, but the food arrived at 8:20 to our table,'I wish to leave the food & tell them, is almost 8:30 I will be not have enough time to finish at 8:30 & leave you the table that you ask'. This was our experience a group of 14 people. Never come back & don't recommend it.

a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, so there is something for everyone to enjoy. The place is spacious, clean, & has a welcoming atmosphere. The service was excellent, & the staff were friendly, attentive, & professional. We highly recommend this restaurant & look forward to visiting again.

Been there like 10 times in less than 2 years. Was there yesterday & for the first time notice the chicken palazzo plate had less pasta & my wife's pasta was greener than mine. Thats really the only thing i noticed in 10+ times of going there. The Elixor Bloody Ceasar is great also, love its spiciness. Honestly, overall the best restaurant in centropolis. I highly recommend it. The staff is great also. Ty for the amazing experience

Had a great experience at Elixor Laval! The food was delicious-we ordered the Rosemary Chicken & Steak, & both were cooked perfectly. They also have excellent kids' meal options with generous portions. Great atmosphere, friendly service, & overall a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommended!

Premièrement les portions sont généreuses! 😅 Soyez avertis ! 🙂
J'ai partagé l'entrée de rouleau à l'avocat avec sa petite sucrée & épicées aux noix d'acajou.
Il y avait 6 bons morceaux dans l'assiette donc nous étions contents de partager ! Le goût était vraiment super bon ! Les avocats étaient crémeux, le croustillant de l'emballage n'était pas trop gras & la petite sauce avait un goût de revenez y !
J'ai pris en repas le poulet grillé & son coulis d'avocat. J'ai beaucoup aimé mon plat ! Le poulet n'était pas sec & on goûtait bien les différents goûts des différents éléments dans l'assiette. Un très bon mélange de saveurs!
J'ai ensuite terminée avec la croustade que j'ai aussi partagée puisque la portion était généreuse !
Je l'ai trouvé bien dosé sur le sucre & vraiment très bonne !
Le service a été rapide & très courtois ! Notre serveuse était parfaite !
Les système d'attente avec la petite roulette qui vibre quand la table est prête fonctionne très bien & comme ça on peut attendre à l'extérieur si on le souhaite.
Je recommande ce restaurant!
