Very disappointing experience at Elixor. We came to dine in, & the person responsible for seating was extremely rude in the way she told us that there were no tables available.

I understand that the restaurant may be full, but there are respectful & professional ways to communicate this to customers. The way we were spoken to made us feel unwelcome &, honestly, worthless.

A simple & friendly explanation would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, the attitude we received left a very negative impression, & we will not be returning.
