" Gluten allergy issue. Our toddler has celiac. We found out they had a gluten free option. A pasta dish. Into the meal we found some trace different pasta. We told the waitress. The manager came to see us to apologize. I respected this. Removed it from our bill. Respect this. But what concerned me, is his explanation "Sorry about that, some gluten..."
