Highly recommend doing the chef's choice (pre-fixe) offering. Perfectly sized portions & you get to try everything. This was the best date night meal I've had in a long time!
Se fut une expérience vraiment géniale ! Le personnel est top & à l'écoute avec de très bons conseils, les cocktails sont délicieux & je ne parle même pas de la nourriture qui m'a fait voyager, l'impression de retourner au Mexique le temps d'une soirée !! Muchas gracias

Un de mes restos pref dans Verdun! Cuisine mexicaine authentique avec un personnel vraiment sympathique! Les quesadillas fritas sont INCROYABLES (taquitos aux patates) & les margaritas au tamarindo OMG
The Pinky Promise & this gin & chartreuse cocktail the server recommended were great. The guacamole entree was smooth, not too salty like other places My friend enjoyed his dish with the mole. I shouldn't have ordered the fried lamb tacos, they were super dry. that's on me though, she did warn me that they're not like the others. Friendly, helpful service.
Leur ceviche vaut le déplacement Un retour après 8 ans & c'est toujours savoureux Nous avons pris le menu pour 2, des bonnes portions & un gâteau « maison » délectable pour clôturer notre repas. Un service attentionné par Mariko Félicitations au proprio & chapeau à l'équipe en cuisine
Excellent restaurant. J'ai été un peu déçu du menu dégustation en termes de quantité pour le prix. Cependant, je crois que c'est définitivement un des meilleurs restaurants mexicains de Montréal.

Very cozy & great mexican place to visit with friends or for a romantic dinner. Tastes like in Mexico. Prices are fair for the quality. Good selection of dishes. Tried Taccos de Birria, Fajitas & Quesso Ranchero. Very good. Worth it
Un des meilleurs restaurant que j'ai pu visiter à Montréal. La nourriture est délicieuse. Une équipe qui offre un service exceptionnel & une ambiance phénoménal
Les cocktails sont excellents & faits avec soin ! Les plats sont fins & généreux côté portion, nous sommes venus en famille & avons passé un super moment, merci !
1. You pay a lot for what you get 🙁 2. Mojitos can not be admired, savored nor enjoyed when in clay pots 3. Not enough salsa/sour cream/beans to put in the fajitas & no way to get it out of the ridiculously small SQUARE presentation 3 section dish they put it in. Try round bowls... & maybe a spoon or two? Come on guys. This is not a bad place but, a few things can definitely be improved. Everything listed above & add shrimp tacos to your repertoire & I mean soft shell tacos. I am sure El Sabor will benefit from being on "the hippest street in North America" for a good long time... but this place needs to step it up a bit to be one of the greatest Mexican restaurants in the area.
Amazing service, drinks, ambiance & appetizers. The meat tacos with pulled pork were not great though. They tasted nothing special & were really a bit disappointing. Still, would certainly return to try other things.
