Moins bon que la première visite en 2023, on revient quand même à cette merveilleuse adresse latina de St-Césaire, El Rancho Latino offre une excellente cuisine authentique mexicaine ainsi qu'une boutique de produits typiques mexicains pour cuisiner à la maison.

La viande & le jus des tacos de Birria étaient excellents, la portion est généreuse & le goût est authentique.

J'adore qu'ils offrent un trio de tacos, ça permet & goûter les 3 principales saveurs de tacos. Le Cochinita de Pibil est très bon, même aussi bon que ceux mangés au Mexique, il manquait d'oignons marinés par contre. Le El Pastor était le moins bon, la viande était marinée & braisée, pas typique du El Pastor, & il manquait d'ananas & de coriandre. Le meilleur fut le Carnitas : viande grillée & salée à point, garniture trop simple d'oignons crus par contre.

Les tacos sont tous très bons mais il manquait la finesse des meilleurs, la présentation nous laisse croire qu'on voulait plus faire vite, que faire bien, la différence entre un 4 vs un 5-étoiles. Les portions sont généreuses, il faut le souligner & c'est pourquoi c'est un très solide 4-étoiles.

Service amical & rapide d'un personnel jeune & sympathique.
