Le tartare de boeuf était « noyé » dans ses assaisonnements. On ne goûtait que la moutarde & les câpres. Mon burger de boeuf wagyu était garni d'une boulette assurément surgelée. La texture était très désagréable. Au prix du burger, je m'attendais pas à ça. Un gros gros bof.

Wow! Had a superb experience here mainly because of the server Eli, he was efficient, quick, & very friendly. I would die for an employee like him, my ones are bad but he's soooooo goood

Saint-Césaire est vraiment chanceuse d'avoir un restaurant de cette qualité dans sa ville. Le Burton offre une excellente expérience. Une très belle carte des vins, un menu varié & toujours bien exécuté, ainsi qu'un service chaleureux & attentionné.

On sent que l'endroit est géré avec passion. Le propriétaire, est pratiquement toujours sur place pour s'assurer que tout roule parfaitement & que les clients passent un beau moment. Ce souci du détail fait toute la différence.

Je recommande sans hésitation. Une vraie belle adresse qui mérite d'être découverte & encouragée.
