Efes Sweets offre une expérience authentiquement turque avec des pâtisseries fraîches, des böreks excellents et une baklava pistache souvent décrite comme l'une des meilleures de Montréal, le tout à des prix très raisonnables. L'accueil est chaleureux et le personnel est cordial et efficace; le cadre est intime et chaleureux, et l'ambiance conviviale est appréciée même si l'espace est petit et peu spacieux. La qualité est globalement élevée, avec des commentaires positifs sur la fraîcheur et les saveurs, et certaines remarques sur des variations occasionnelles dans la quantité de persil dans le borek au fromage ou sur une réduction de viande dans certaines préparations. On apprécie les plats salés et sucrés servis chauds, témoignant d'une offre variée et généreuse, ainsi que le service rapide et attentionné. Baklavas used to be so much better when it was run by previous owners. Now it's burnt, philo dough is thick & there's barely & pistachios in the baklavas. I recommend you buy your baklava elsewhere. Not coming back

The people working there are always very welcoming & friendly. I love their burek with cheese, beef & chicken. The cheese borek is sometimes inconsistent with the amount of parsley it has in it. I personally prefer it when they dont put much or any.

NOW, their baklava with fistik (pistachio) is THE BEST IN THE CITY by far. As a native greek it pains me to say that this place has by a mile the best baklava in Montreal, if not Canada, beating any greek, persian or Arab bakery I've tried thus far.

I definatly recommend for a flaky borek or a baklava

I absolutely love Efes Pastry! It was my first visit, & I was impressed by their delicious pastries. We went yesterday near to closing time, & even though it was his very first day, the gentleman working there welcomed us so warmly & provided excellent service.

We picked up pistachio baklava, kanafeh, & another sweet & honestly, I couldn't even wait to get home. I finished one right in the car! Everything was so fresh, rich in flavor, & beautifully prepared.

Highly recommended!

I tried most of the dessert at the shop & I love the Tulumba & Baklava all types. I don't recommend to set inside the shop to eat it's too small place.

Some of the best (if not the best) baklava in town can be found here. They also have borek on the weekends, simit & the traditional butter. On top of that, the staff is absolutely great! Highly recommend
