Today i drove 1.5 hours to come here. I consider myself somewhat of a sommelier of smoked meat & Edward's is exquisite. I believe even Céline Dion would agree with me. The coleslaw is excellent & the homemade "tarte au sucre" is to die for. The service was very friendly & professional. I will pray to baby Jesus that they open one in the Laurentides.Voir plus

I had their smoked meat spaghetti & it was simply delightful. I really enjoyed the flavours & the softness of the smoked meat & it went so well with their meat sauce. None was overpowering the other & it added so many layers of flavours to the spaghetti. One thing that I would have appreciated in my meal to make the experience even better for me would be the chewiness of the spaghetti. It was a bit too soft for me. Beside that, I also really enjoyed their garlic bread. It was nice & soft & had great flavours too. The whole meal was around 23$ which is a reasonable price considering the portion they serve.Voir plus
