EDESSA KEBAB est décrite comme une excellente adresse pour des plats turcs frais et savoureux, des portions généreuses et une ambiance propre et accueillante, avec un personnel sympathique et une cuisine globalement très appréciée qui en fait un choix fiable pour des repas décontractés et l'iftar pendant le Ramadan; quelques visites signalent toutefois un service plus lent, des problèmes de commande et des difficultés de communication qui peuvent gêner l'expérience, mais dans l'ensemble les kebabs, le pain et les saveurs authentiques suscitent de fortes recommandations et des visites répétées.
I ordered Alinazik, it was delicious. The restaurant was very clean, & since it's entirely run by women, everything felt well organized. The staff were friendly & welcoming. Excellent service.
Je vous recommande vivement de goûter l'Alinazik dans ce restaurant. La viande est extrêmement tendre, & l'aubergine en dessous est incroyablement savoureuse. Au-delà de la qualité des plats, l'accueil chaleureux de l'établissement vous fait vous sentir comme à la maison. Un endroit où l'on mange avec plaisir & en toute tranquillité.
We know what real good Turkish food is & we found it an Edessa last night! Great taste & quality kebabs, oh my god the freshly baked bread! Great hospitality. Çok te?ekkür ederim❤?
The atmosphere is just as nice as the food. It's clean, warm, & welcoming. A great place to visit with family. The service was fast & attentive. I highly recommend it.
This experience was extremely disappointing & frankly unacceptable. We were four people & very clearly ordered two breakfast sets, confirming multiple times that the waitress understood. Despite this, she brought four breakfasts & then had the nerve to charge us double.
This was not a misunderstanding on our side. We communicated clearly from the beginning. The problem is that the waitress did not understand French or English at all, making any basic communication impossible. A restaurant that puts staff in customer-facing roles without any ability to communicate in a common language is setting customers up for mistakes - & then unfairly charging them for those mistakes.
This is not a small issue; it reflects poor management & unprofessional standards. Instead of focusing on quality service, the restaurant appears more interested in squeezing as much money as possible from customers, even when the error is entirely theirs.
If you expect to run a professional establishment, hire waitstaff who can actually communicate with guests. Until then, expect unhappy customers & well-deserved negative reviews. We will not be returning.

Absolutely delicious Turkish kebabs! The meat was perfectly seasoned, juicy, & grilled just right. The portions were generous, the bread was fresh, & everything tasted authentic. Friendly staff & a warm atmosphere made the experience even better. Highly recommended!'
