We know what real good Turkish food is & we found it an Edessa last night! Great taste & quality kebabs, oh my god the freshly baked bread! Great hospitality. Çok te?ekkür ederim❤?

This experience was extremely disappointing & frankly unacceptable. We were four people & very clearly ordered two breakfast sets, confirming multiple times that the waitress understood. Despite this, she brought four breakfasts & then had the nerve to charge us double.
This was not a misunderstanding on our side. We communicated clearly from the beginning. The problem is that the waitress did not understand French or English at all, making any basic communication impossible. A restaurant that puts staff in customer-facing roles without any ability to communicate in a common language is setting customers up for mistakes - & then unfairly charging them for those mistakes.
This is not a small issue; it reflects poor management & unprofessional standards. Instead of focusing on quality service, the restaurant appears more interested in squeezing as much money as possible from customers, even when the error is entirely theirs.
If you expect to run a professional establishment, hire waitstaff who can actually communicate with guests. Until then, expect unhappy customers & well-deserved negative reviews. We will not be returning.
