Moi & mon amie sommes venues prendre une boisson chez vous récemment. Malheureusement, notre expérience n'a pas été agréable. Les employées à la caisse ont eu une attitude que nous avons trouvée très désagréable & nous avons eu l'impression d'être jugées en raison de notre apparence ou de notre style vestimentaire. Même si nous n'avons peut-être pas un style considéré comme « dans la norme », cela ne justifie pas un manque de respect ou un mauvais service.

De plus, j'ai dû demander à deux reprises de faire réchauffer ma chocolatine, car celle-ci était encore congelée à l'intérieur. Nous trouvons qu'il n'est pas normal qu'un produit servi aux clients soit dans cet état.

Nous souhaitions vous faire part de cette situation afin qu'elle soit prise en considération. Nous espérons qu'à l'avenir, tous les clients seront accueillis avec le même respect & la même courtoisie.
