sushi(39) fresh(17) poke(16) poke bowl(10) recommend(10) bowl(10) frais(8) quality(6) qualite(6) friendly staff(5) ingredients(5) roll(5)Une très belle surprise, des ingrédients frais, préparés à la commande. & excellent !!! Nous nous sommes régalé. On vous le conseille
Grumpy owner. Food was massively overpriced & didn't delivery on quality - the dumpling wrappers were undercooked & the filling far from juicy. The spring rolls had a nice, crispy outer but the chicken filling was indistinguishable as chicken, very much like a paste.
Yes!! this is my order! We went there & the lady told us our order will be ready after 30-40 mins. We went back after 40mins & she asked us to wait 20more mins, then 20 & another 20mins more & guess what?! After 2 hrs of waiting, they even didn't start preparing our order! & when we said we don't want our order, their chef was so pissed & he started yelling in another language. I really don't know how they got a high rate when everyone was pissed because of the delays in their orders & because of the poor attitude..!
Love this place! Not my favorite but still tastes good. Unfortunately, It's a little bit on the pricey side. If it was cheaper, I would come more often!
I haven't tried many sushi bars/restaurant in Montreal but this is my top pick for sure. I often go with kamikaze salmon, dynamite, & kamikaze tuna. Their mango roll is also yummy.
I'm a hard sushi judge. & let me say that these are the best sushis in the area. Such a good variety & everyone is so nice
Sushis were good, but they're not worth the premium price. Also, we ordered around 60 sushis, & got literally 1 pod of soja sauce, c'mon!! At this price, might as well go to Ryu!
Loved the sushis there! Best ones I had in a long time. Super fresh & tasty
Nous nous sommes arrêtés car on avait une grosse envie de sushis/makis. Nous n'avons pas été déçus ! Les makis & sushis sont frais ! On s'est régalés. Prix standards pour un japonais dans ce quartier. Service agréable.
The sushi appeared noticeably old & lacking freshness. The rice was unusually hard & dry, which significantly affected the overall quality of the meal. Additionally, the environment was quite cold & did not provide a comfortable setting for dining. Overall, I was not satisfied with the experience
This place is good. A little room for improvement but I do believe Lord Beerus would approve & spare planet Earth of destruction.
Les sushi étaient ok. Mais le service plus d'une heure de retard. Il accepte trop de client durant le rush hour du soupe
Great sushi place. Hidden inside a condo bldg with no visible sign.
Kamikaze salmon & kamikaze tuna are excellent
Overall the sushis were fresh & with nice portions of fish, but some pieces smelled'fishy'.
The real bummer though was how long we waited to get our order: we ordered online & came to get it 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, but it wasn't: we waited an other hour to finally have it. The lady was nice & gave us some drinks to apologized.
Maybe it's just a fluke that it took so long, but I'm not sure if I would risk it another time🤷🏻?♀?
Ordered a combo & some of the rice in my rolls was hard & dry. The presentation was ok, but they wrapped up my order in a paper bag & stapled it without asking or providing any chopsticks or napkins: maybe they don't do this anymore for takeout in Montreal to reduce waste? But I'm only staying one night in a hotel, so I ate the sushi with my hands. I found the entirety of my experience from service to food to wait times to be quite average, so I'm surprised by the higher star rating.
