Went there on March 31th to show my Mom a cute doughnut place close to our homes. I love the taste, the size, the options & the look of the doughnuts (+ the cookies) but honestly the young girl working at the counter is so rude I feel bad for the business. It affects the product image & the client experience. We were the only clients when we arrived. The worker seemed very annoyed & bored to simply be there & she gave us an attitude for asking questions that she was not even able to answer proprely. I felt very uncomfortable & my mother, that was only trying to understand how to order since it was her first visit, became anxious & confused. She will certainly never come back. Funny enough, I had an event with my staff yesterday & someone brought DoughNats & one of my staff shared how she was shocked at how the service was horrible on the same day I went. Please check on your staff. Thank you !
Premiere experience , tres propre, ça sent le sucre, tout est joliment presenté, emballage soigné. Les options VGF me ravissent comme elles sont les seules que je peux prendre, la texture des beignes est très agréable. Nous y retournerons.
I emailed them about our food allergies to make sure everything was safe & they answered efficiently & quickly. They recommanded the Triple threat donuts (vegan & gluten free). I ordered them online the next day. Everything was delicious & fresh. My kid was very excited to taste donuts & we will definitely order again. Thank you :)
My husband brought me a very special treat... a box of mini vegan gluten free donuts. As a celiac with a dairy intolerance this was a rare & most delicious treat! Probably the best gluten free donuts I've ever eaten! I love the fact that they're mini - so you can try more than one kind in one sitting... & of course I did! Beautiful presentation, heavenly flavours, & I can't stress enough how rare & special it is that they offer gluten friendly & vegan options! Thank you DoughNats & thank you husband for always looking out for your dietarily restricted wife. I'm in love! With the doughnats, & the husband.
Interesting flavours but honestly was disappointed. I had heard amazing things but when we brought them to a gathering & cut them up to share they honestly didn't feel fresh. They were super dense & hard which is weird because all they do is donuts so I assumed they'd be made fresh every day. I picked them up near to closing it's true, but was disappointed. Maybe will try again to give a chance but not sure! Will update if I do.
Cherchez des beignets sans gluten, végan ou régulier? Il y a tant de choix qu'Il y aura quelques chose pour tout le monde ici! Il y a des confitures & des gâteaux chocolat sans gluten! Vous pouvez prendre leur pâte à biscuits pour les faire vous-même chez vous! Ou vous pouvez geler les biscuits de plus! Moi? Je les mange immédiatement haha 😂 Looking for gluten free doughnuts or vegan or regular? There are so many choices there will be something for everyone here. There's even jam & chocolate cake gluten free! Or you can take their frozen cookie dough & make them yourself. Their cookies freeze well also! Me? I eat them immediately! My bad I was running around in the rain so they come much better packed than shown! Merc beaucoup! Service sympa & avec un sourire 🙂 I took a sample of their Gluten free cookies & doughnuts & all were delicious 🤤
You expect to overpay in this sort of establishment & that's fine. Over $13 for 6 to be precise. Staff is friendly, place seems nice & clean, packaging is original & neat. Doughnut size is smaller than a hockey puck, which was surprise #1. They are not displayed, only pictures on the wall. However, what I wasn't expecting & what was very very disappointing was the freshness of the product, surprise #2. CLEARLY they were day-old doughnuts as taking the first bite felt like biting through a bagel rather than a soft deep-fried dough. Taste is good, but uber sweet which make their size just right I guess ? But no excuse for lack of freshness hence 2 stars which will make my visit to doughNats my last unfortunately. Tasted like fridge kept doughnuts which was the final verdict for me. But to each his own.

10/10 highly recommended Uber eats an assorted box (of 12) amazing for a birthday party pot luck Wasn't sure if they well peanut free, so I called & I think I was speaking to the owner. They were extremely helpful & friendly when I spoke to them on the phone. My friends & I keep buying from this shop for our functions !!
When you think of GF, you think of sturdy, trustworthy cardboard that was created before global warming, like cantaloupe box cardboard. Throw the word "vegan" into the mix, & normal people would expect a hot pile of garbage. BUT trust me, these are by far the best donuts I've eaten in my life. They are moist (yes, I used the word moist), delicious & so unbelievably beautiful that you don't even want to eat them. I couldn't sleep all night, knowing I hadn't eaten them all & would be waking up to these sublime, decadent masterpieces.
I have peanut & nut allergies, & me & my girlfriend discovered this place about a year ago, it's been our go-to for treats ever since! The doughnuts are made fresh & absolutely amazing, & the only thing better than the doughnuts there is the service! Super friendly staff & they obviously care about their products, so the quality is always top-notch.
The different options available for various holidays is also a bonus! I loved the strawberry cake during Mother's Day!
Having allergies, it's obviously difficult for desserts/baked goods, but I'm always super happy to go there knowing whatever I eat is safe for me. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who has allergies, or whose kids have allergies, because you can go worry-free, it really is a blessing to have this place. The first time I spoke to Nat on the phone about the allergies it was reassuring & she was super sweet to talk to.
One thing I would say is that the doughnuts are probably more expensive than a regular place, but I have no problem paying that for peanut/nut-free food.
