What incredible service! We ordered food for a party & we accidentally told them the wrong date. When we came to pick up the food (2 hours before the party on the wrong day) they were so accommodating & they rushed the order & they got it done on time. No complaints, no blaming, just understanding & compassion. They went above & beyond & the food was incredible, we got high praise from all our guests on the catered sandwiches. Just exceptional!
Nous avons acheté pour 50$ de pâtisseries & la qualité laisse vraiment à désirer, le millefeuille n'est pas frais surtout pour le prix que vous charger dernière fois la .
First time going there & I was thrilled by the variety of food & products. There are many things you cannot find in standard grocery stores. Staff is friendly & helpful. I purchased some cheese & desserts today.
Our'go to place' for Italian pizza, pastries & sandwich platters. Not to mention that they have great croissants & other goodies.
We always order over the phone for pick up, & the orders are always accurate & fresh. The best Italian bakery in Laval!
March 1st, 2026 Picked up a dozen Zeppole with ricotta & they were amazing! Not to mention another pizza & croissant for the drive!

I should had looked at the reviews before buying or even stepping foot at this place ,it used to be a good place .. what a mistake !! Others all mentioned at least one of the many issues I've experienced.. I'm not going to add more
La pizza aux tomates est exquise, & le choix des boulangerie & pâtisseries est assez complet ! Ça te prend une couple de piasse quand tu rentre là 😆 t'as le goût de tout manger 😉

Malgré la grande qualité des pizzas froides (la seule raison de garder 2 étoiles), nous avons reçus un service complètement mauvais ce soir. Nous avons demandé un quart de pizza & alors que nous faisions nos choix supplémentaires, notre produit a été remis à un autre client qui l'a demandé après nous. Je ne sais pas pourquoi, mais la gérante a décidé de privilégier le deuxième client (client régulier ???) alors que nous avions clairement dit avant que nous voulions la dernière part de cette pizza.
Aucune excuse ou explication de la gérante qui est allée en arrière boutique & a laissé le problème à ses jeunes employées, nous sommes sortis sans aucun achats.
Malheureusement pour vous Dolce Sapore, les clients réguliers ont déjà été des nouveaux clients chez vous un jour ou l'autre. Ce n'est pas une façon de faire du service à la clientèle!
Notre groupe a été malade, nous avions pris le gâteau au fromage & fraises . Après 3 appels pour me plaindre, pas de retour d'appel du gérant & l'employé me dit de ramener le gâteau qu'elle va y goûter ??!!! Terminé pour nous…. Je vais aller ailleurs
Mon seul Bémols est les prix très élevés pour ce type de produit. Malheureusement Auteuil/Vimont les prix sont trop élevés je dois descendre à Montreal pour avoir de la qualité à moindre prix comme San Pietro sur Jean Talon
The service here is honestly terrible. The staff are incredibly slow & spend most of their time chatting in a corner instead of helping customers. The attitude is unbelievable, & the customer service is among the worst I've ever experienced. I used to come here 3-4 times a week, but now I barely go once a month. In the summer, they hire teenagers who clearly don't care, which only makes the experience worse.
When it comes to a birthday it's quite important, yet, the girl working the day I went in was quite unprofessional saying that I was picky. I did my best to NOT be difficult or picky! Nothing they had listed on the website existed & if I asked what was in the cakes she told me a bunch of stuff but it didn't end up being any good or any real ingredients: it was simple cake mix & NOT real Nutella & the strawberry glaze was cheap strawberry jam. I could have made a better cake myself! What a disappointment! They must have changed owner or something, too bad.
