We live in Mississauga Ontario....& for the past 3 years I purchase ALL my coffee from the Ditchfield Roastery.....I buy large bags of beans ( Scotch Cap) & have it shipped to Mississauga..every few months....this is the only place I will buy coffee from...The owners , Jerome / Katia & staff are wonderful people & have created a fabulous' go to destination' if you ever have the pleasure of visiting Lac Megantic....if you visit the roastery....be sure to try the local creamed honey ....It's outstanding!!!!....its produced from the local hives & bees 5 minutes from the coffee shop..if I lived in Megantic...The Ditchfield Roastery would be my first stop on a daily basis. !! Happy Roasting ..Grant...Mississauga Ont.
