Dominic “Dick” Potenza was born in West Virginia and grew up in Utica, New York. He became well known in the Rochester - Buffalo area during the 40’s as a head-waiter in the supper-club type restaurants of the era. It was at one of these supper-clubs that he met his future wife, jazz accordionist Ann Collecchia, who performed using the stage name of Ann Russell. Together, they envisioned a fast food restaurant that would serve an original style hamburger with their own special sauce. After much thought, this original style hamburger took the form of a toasted bun containing a thin patty that would cook quickly. After they modified and combined two recipes that they brought with them from Rochester, Dick and Ann developed their famous hot sauce.

Ne vous fiez pas à ma tête de Terminator T1000, je ne me restaure pas qu'avec de l'huile… mdr

Resto avec un choix intéressant, les produits sont de première qualité.

Faut d'abord connaître cette franchise québécoise qui a fait sa renommée avec des hamburgers très goûteux & un peu épicé.

Les hamburgers sont des plats faits avec du boeuf haché de qualité, pour ceux qui cherchent un gros hamburger.

Dic Ann's Hamburgers est à l'antipode de vos attentes.

Mais, si vous cherchez un resto qui sort de l'ordinaire, qui vous surprendra…

& que vous êtes ouvert à la nouveauté,… Vous avez un rendez-vous savoureux… vous allez découvrir un hamburger délicieux & que dire de leurs frites sauce épicée particulière.

La question du prix est-elle vraiment importante quand on vous offre la qualité & de l'originalité ?

This is a nice, no-frills fast food spot. The place is clean, & the staff are friendly & attentive. The menu offers a good variety of options at reasonable prices. The food was decent-served warm & tasted good overall.

The special sauce is tasty, though it could use a bit more distinctive flavor to stand out. I found the fries slightly undercooked; with the sauce, they turned a bit soggy. If they were a little crispier, they'd be just right.

I can see why this place is popular. It's a solid meal & a pleasant experience.
