We went there last week, my boyfriend & I, as I had spotted the place while looking for a good place to eat (that we hadn't tried yet). The inside was empty since it was a Wednesday evening, but lots of people sat in the terrace. We got combos 1 & 3, those are combos with 2 options of meat+2 sides. Those are great since you get to try 2 options out of their menu. My boyfriend got the #1, 1/4 chicken+ ribs, with fries X2, & I got the #3, 1/4 chicken + brisket, with fries & veggies of the day. The food was DELICIOUS 🤤 Perfectly cooked & seasoned, with additional dip on the side for the meat or fries. The service was slow & it took quite some time to get the bill, but they seemed to be low on staff (week day) & I kept hearing about plates being ready so it might just be the timing. Anyhow, we'll definitely go back & try their all-you-can-eat chicken wing on a Tuesday.View more

The food was awesome! Loved the brisket & the wings.
Server was rude af when I didn't tip using a credit card (cash on the table instead).
She started complaining to me about why I didn't choose a tip option on the machine, & continued to complain how she won't be making any money & she has to tip out the cooks & barstaff.
It's not my problem your employer doesn't pay you enough. Her attitude alone made me grab the 20 off the table I left. I won't be returning. Which is a shame because it was actually quite a good meal.View more

I'm writing this review hoping it reaches the management at Diablos BBQ, because I truly enjoy the food here especially the wings, which are absolutely delicious & one of the main reasons I keep coming back. That said, my experience with the service, particularly during my most recent visit, left a lot to be desired.
There was only one male waiter working that day, named Phil, & unfortunately, his attitude & attention to our table were very disappointing. We had to call him over multiple times just to place our order, & when we finally did, our wings took 25 minutes to arrive three times in a row. The excuse we were given was that the restaurant was very busy, but I could clearly see him standing behind the bar doing nothing & avoiding our table most of the time. It honestly felt like we were being ignored on purpose.
This isn't an isolated incident. It's become a pattern whenever I visit, great food, but frustrating service. It gets to the point where I almost feel like I have to get up & serve myself just to get a glass of water or some napkins. That should never be the case in a restaurant.
To be fair, there's one waitress (unfortunately I don't remember her name, but I mentioned her in a previous review) who was incredibly attentive & fast during one of our visits. She was handling her tables like a pro, & I wish the rest of the staff had her attitude & work ethic.
I strongly suggest that management take a closer look at how tables are being assigned & how servers are being supervised. Maybe more staff is needed on busier days like Tuesdays, or maybe better training is necessary, but something needs to change. The quality of the food deserves better service to match. Right now, the poor attention from certain waiters, particularly Phil is killing the excitement & the overall experience.
I'm sharing this with the hope that things improve. I want to keep supporting this place, but the service really needs to step up.
First time trying out this resto & we were not disappointed! We went on all you can eat wing night...yum.
Fantastic cocktails also..my son had a smoked old fashioned which was really interesting.
The resto is rustic & welcoming. Stevie Ray playing was awesome. Beautiful large outdoor patio also.
We had Katie as our server & my goodness she was fantastic! The place was hopping & she didn't stop & always had a smile on her face!
Highly recommend this spot & looking forward to coming back to try some ribs!View more
