We hadn't ordered from there in a long time because we had moved but we were surprisingly disappointed because the reviews were very good overall but we found the meat portions small for the price & the chicken in our butter chicken seem overcooked or burned not super tender like it usually is & there were bones in the lamb curry which we didn't expect.

One of the best places for Authentic Indian food around! Fresh ingredients picked right from the front garden! The portions are generous, the owner & staff are very friendly & they really know how to whip up your favorite dish.

Tandoori Shrimp & the butter chicken are a MUST.

Ordered kadhi pakora (which served with rice ) which was delicious. Roti & shahi paneer was my favourite & the paneer was super soft & also paneer pakora is a must try. Mango lassi was too much sweet for my taste but butter milk was the best.

I often go to Restaurant Dev for lunch take-out or to eat there for dinner. I love the food & the atmosphere. Today I tried the Lamb biryani for the first time & it was so incredibly good! It was so delicious that it is now my new favourite dish!! I can't wait to go back & have it again! The food at Dev is so rich & flavourful with the wonderful taste of Indian cuisine & spices. Everything I have tried has been absolutely delicious! Restaurant Dev is one of my very favourite places to eat! I could not recommend it more highly. The service is warm & wonderful, the food is warm & delicious! The next time you are in the mood for a real treat, go to Restaurant Dev in Ile Perrot.

My wife & I were looking for an indian cuisine & ended up going to Dev in Ile Perrot.

The rest is small with approx. 12-15 tables on the inside & about 10 outdoors on a small terrace facing the boulevard. They offer take out & dining in so that was a good bonus as we intent to order take out with them as we loved the food.

We ordered Butter chicken, Beef Biryani & basmati rice & they were all excellent. Of course the Naan was sinful.

The atmosphere has a nice Indian feel & warmth. Our waiter (cannot remember his name) was courteous & good with our 3 year old girl.

Cannot confirm if high chairs were available or if the bathroom has a changing station !!

All in all a good experience for the money you are spending. See online menu from their website for $$.

The fish pakora is a must! Tasty & perfectly cooked. We usually go for lunch & have one of their thali plates with the fish pakora as a shared appetizer. A large menu with good vegetarian options. It is normally quiet when we go & the service is fine: polite & prompt.
