Stopped in on a whim & I'm so glad I did. The ice cream here is genuinely great - rich, creamy, not too sweet, & you can tell it's made with real care. Staff were super friendly too, made the whole visit even better.

Already thinking about what flavor I'll try next time. If you're in the area, don't skip this place!

I would like to applaud the exceptional professionalism by the staff I witnessed today this Saturday afternoon. A woman came in & asked for something extra added to her already used cup, which the staff refused due to hygiene issues. She then proceeded to yell at the staff saying how staff should always do what the customer says, while the staff stayed both calm & professional, apologizing to other customers about the other customer's behaviour. Looking at the reviews, it seems Bitar is a regular customer who comes in & harasses the stores staff & leaves reviews with dishonest remarks. It is unfortunate animals live among us in society.

Delice Glaces is the dirtiest ice-cream store ever . The owner & her employees are extremely stingy that cannot spare an extra wooden spoon . I tried once to taste more than one flavor so she used same spoon although I put in my mouth . The customer service is very very very bad, actually horrible. I asked for 2 scoops dipped in chocolate, the employee did not know how to dip it so she kept saying sorry I cannot dip it in chocolate syrup , & gave me the icecream without chocolate syrup as I requested.

À chaque fois que nous allons à cet endroit, nous apprécions la fraîcheur & la qualité des produits. C'est un des rares endroits où ils font de la crème glacée avec la machine Carpigianni, une machine à glace, italienne, très réputée.

La dame est super sympathique avec les enfants & la terrasse est vraiment incroyable en été c'est un endroit à ne pas manquer quand on passe à Rosemère.

Nous avons aussi un petit faible pour le tofu préparé, fraises, bananes.

Me & my family came because we enjoy the ice cream, we are 7 & 3 of us ordered a double scoop. I had ordinary ordered one scoop, after trying the flavour I changed my mind & I decided to order a second scoop. However after giving her my cup I noticed her removing some of my first scoop (where I had already eaten) & re-added it to the displayed ice cream (big health violation, I could be sick & someone could get sick from me if they order the same flavour).

Malheureusement l'employé m'a fait goûter une seconde crème glacé avec ma cuillère souillée(celle avec laquelle j'avais goûté la première). Après lui avoir mentionné, aucune réaction. Manque de salubrité.
