Men's washrooms (urinary) broken when I went (2 months ago in the middle of afternoon) & smelly, not clean. The waitress did not smile at all. Fast service however. Is it illegal to start tips ( on the machine) at 17% & up? Pizza was excellent!!!!

I have been ordering there for years, gave 5 stars in the past & loved it but they've recently changed the fries & the new ones are terrible. Thicker style crust cripsy fries that are way too salty. Pretty nasty after a few minutes in a bag or inside a poutine, the texture becomes all mushy. They have confirmed it's a permanent change sadly. Will have to find a new place to order from. I am disappointed it was my favourite spot to order from especially for poutine or pizza with fries.
