If you are looking for an authentic & satisfying meal, this is the place! The poutine is absolutely incredible-the gravy is flavorful, the fries are perfectly cooked, & the cheese curds are as fresh as they come.
What really stood out was the generous portion sizes; the plates are huge, so make sure you come hungry! On top of the great food, the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, fast, & made us feel right at home. I'll definitely be coming back!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the treatment I have repeatedly experienced at your restaurant.

There is an older employee (man) who regularly works on Saturdays (he previously wore a red T-shirt last year & now wears a blue sweater+black eye glasses ). On multiple occasions, when I have come to pick up my order, he has handled my food in a careless & disrespectful manner, placing or throwing it onto the counter instead of handing it properly.

This behavior is not only unprofessional but also creates an uncomfortable & disrespectful atmosphere. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy. I genuinely enjoy your food & have chosen to return many times because of its quality. However, customer service is just as important as the product itself.

Unfortunately, if this situation is not addressed, I will no longer continue supporting your establishment. I hope you take this matter seriously & take appropriate action to ensure customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

2 personnes: 2 burger avec une frite chacun. Très mauvais service par un monsieur que l'on dérangeai. Burger froid. manque une frite. service long & aucun vérification sur notre expérience. Oui nous aurions pris une boisson gazeuse. J'adore le Miami Déli, ce fut une mauvaise note pour cette fois. Dommage.

I adore Miami deli. It is a place out of time & space. Truly a monolith. An Icon. There is nothing else like it. The menu is a behemoth & the breakfasts are proper, as are the portions. You must eat here.
