Most people come on here to complain but I had a bad experience that the restaurant turned around to make it right. I placed an order & went to the restaurant to pick it up. When I got there they made me wait 5 minutes & then handed me my bag. I went home only to realize something was missing. I called the restaurant upset & they told me to come back to get the missing item. When I walked in the manger greeted me, gave me the missing item, my money back for the item & a complimentary dessert to take home. I appreciate the service of Arun & the manager on site. Great job guys making an unhappy customer leave with a smile.View more

First off shout out to Christina & Aroun who made my birthday celebration so enjoyable. Patience & a good sense of humour was truly appreciated.
Visit April 14 @6 PM . The service was top notch from other service staff members but unfortunately I didn't get their names but if you're reading this we were a group of 7 mainly women. We're the ones that laughed loud & hard.
I'll be honest 2 flaws ~ beer wasn't cold enough & the Marsala wasn't quite to my liking but next day I reheated with a touch of cream & it was perfect( leftovers Yay)
But all the rest of the food was abundant tasty & hot. It's not the restaurant fault the veal didn't suit my taste buds or that I like my beer ice cold. I could've said something.
I'm happy we went .. I hadn't been out with family on my birthday in a long time this place made it such a memorable evening.
Price 40-50$ per plate.
Stars of the evening the dips & I got a taste of the strip loin ~ perfect, next time.
