Very disappointing experience. The girl working at the counter was extremely rude & unprofessional. When I asked if they had eggs Benedict, she made strange noises as if she had never heard of it before, which was very disrespectful.
Then, every item we tried to order, she kept saying they couldn't make because they had too many orders & it would take 25 minutes. After we agreed to wait, she suddenly said they don't serve pancakes at all. When I told her that speaking to customers this way was disrespectful, she replied,'If you disrespect me, I won't serve you.' I simply asked her to do her job - that is not disrespect.
When I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the boss herself. Overall, a place where basic customer service & courtesy are completely missing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Chaima helped me out & she was very kind & asked me how the service was, it is one of the cheapest places to get a great breakfast in Montreal & half of the time I cannot even finish it because the portions are very generous. Their breakfast potatoes with Chipotle sauce are my favorite thing on the menu :)

Bonjour,
Je suis une cliente régulière a Dejeunette. Tout d'abord pour le service a la clientèle. Mlle Chaima est toujours poli & respectueuse. dans la bâtisse a lequel je travaille, il y a un café Dépôt Mais je préfère de loin aller a Déjeunent justement pour le service personnalisé de Chaima. Elle se souvient de mes goûts & elle est toujours tres gentille. Merci pour ton service !!!

Great place with a huge breakfast repertoire (something for everybody!) & a quick service. Lots of seating space.

Not so easy to get too (its underground, you need to go down by stairs twice) & for instance at 11 other stores are still closed & being cleaned, which is not an ideal setting for a breakfast.
