Review Summary

Deer Garden Signatures is viewed as offering a large, comforting menu of soup bowls where guests can choose the broth, proteins, vegetables and noodles, with many praising the creamy coconut milk laksa and the Malaysian style options alongside beef udon and other HK inspired bowls; the soups are described as hearty and flavorful and the milk tea is popular, though one review notes the special milk tea did not include tapioca pearls. Service is mixed: some visits describe slow or inconsistent service and staff attentiveness, especially at one location, while others praise friendly, efficient service and a welcoming vibe; portions are generally generous and some dishes are highlighted for being satisfying, though a few garnishes or noodle portions are criticized when not as expected. Overall, the place is seen as a reliable option for comforting, flavorful bowls and Hong Kong style drinks, with many regulars returning and expressing positive memories and warmth from the experience.

Soup noodle portion is very generous & tasted great & is my comfort food. Loved their raddish cake add-on & HK coffee milk tea. The cat robot helping with shuttling around food is cute but a bit loud.

I paid $27 tax & tip included for a bowl of curry with 4-5 pieces of beef brisket & an iced milk tea. Some of the pieces were all fat. The flavour was not bad, but it's just overpriced. I don't mind high prices, but I expect value for the money I pay. Yin Ji also serves braised brisket noodles & they give you much more meat for similar price. Also, the onions & peppers in that curry were basically raw. Definitely not coming back.

I choose a soup noodle Malaysian Laksa. Choose your soup base, 2 choices of meats, sea foods or vegetables, noodle & it comes with free selected hot drink. Presented: laksa udon with shrimps (3), fish balls (3), lettuce, slices of mushrooms & lemon tea. For people who don't eat too spicy, Laksa is a good choice. The soup is creamy with coconut milk. It's one of the rare place that offer that meal.

We loved the downtown restaurant that bears the same name so we had high expectation of this restaurant. We went on a Saturday. There were 3 waitering staff plus kitchen staff plus staff that is stationed at the cash counter where people settle the bill… we sat down, we wanted to get glasses of water, it took a while. It also took a while for us to get our order in. We wanted hot sauce, that took a while. The tall guy simply looks rather new, he walks around but does not pay attention to the customers. There were really only 1 waitress who knows what she is doing. Amex website said they accept amex, but they don't.

At this restaurant, everything is at least $20, but the service is mediocre at best (i try to explain it to myself that maybe they were full that day, & hence the very poor service & that maybe i catch them on a bad day).

The food is also unimpressive compared to downtown location & very forgettable. (I ordered the soup noodle & it has very little noodles in it, even when i paid for extra noodles). The service, food, & attitude of staff is much better at their downtown location.

Other than them serving a lot of food & plates from HK, I do not see why this is a popular or famous place to go in Brossard… 😅

Halibuts maybe a bit too salty. But fish soup noodles & HK milk tea are great! 👍

This place is legit. The broth of fish soup noodles is so fresh. Unlike other Chinese places, it doesn't taste like Msg at all. All of dishes is so delish. The bubble tea is also good. I like there sheng Jian bao is definitely the best in town. You better hurry up. They sell these buns really fast.

The food are mostly in Cantonese style, the taste is ok, meet the expectations but not very high quality. The fish soup noodle is the only one to be recommended. The cleanliness is going worse since recent several time dine-in, the tables were oily, there were still food residues on the chairs. The most disgusting thing, an Asian man waiter serving meal & cleanup table by wearing the same blue glove, & I saw his finger (with glove) touched the soup when sending to the next table.... I donno that customer realized or not.. but I preferred bringing the soup from the robot by myself after...

The malaysian laksa was the best spicy soup noodle we've ever tried! Thank you!
