J'viens pas de saint hyacinthe, j'viens de sherbrooke, on a arrêté sur le chemin. La serveuse (blonde avec des lunettes & des plateformes aux pieds) a été très minutieuses sur mes caprices de clientes. Les chefs aussi on porté une attention particulière sur ma cuisson & ça été vraiment apprécié. Beaucoup d'entre aide de l'équipe c'est super beau. Par contre, les hôtesses qui se cherche de la job, mais qui passent à tour de rôle pour ramasser nos assiettes, peut-être juste porter une attention sur les collègues de travail pour ne pas incommodé la clientèle. :) sinon 10/10 pour vrai

J'aimerais tellement mettre un 10 ou 20 sur 5. Trop bon, trop frais, un personnel très charmant & courtois. Personnellement je trouve les choix de repas beaucoup plus santé que les autres restos déjeune

J'y suis allé le matin du 1er mai 2025. Dame Tartine St-Hyacinthe n'est plus ce qu'elle était selon mon avis bien personnel. J'ai commandé un sandwich pain doré brie & pommes, pommes qui dataient ayant des spots noir sur la pelure & il n'y avait que ça de la pelure, presque pas de pomme. Le pain doré était trop cuit & la nourriture était tiède lors de son arrivée sur la table. Le bol de café au lait goûtait l'eau, aucun plaisir à boire ça. Les petites patates à déjeuner qui étaient si excellent auparavant, là aucun goût, fades & farineuses. Très décevant selon moi.

Super belle expérience, nous y sommes aller parce que le cora etais trop plein & mon dieu que nous sommes heureux de ce choix! Bon service, le menu présente avec des pictogrammes si le choix est keto, végé sans gluten. Bien que ça ne s'applique pas a nous j ai adoré. Le repas etais exquis. Le petit piquant de la poutine a fait la différence entre tres bon & magnifique!
