Nice place for a wonderful Sundae. The girl serving was polite & very pleasant.

Very slow service, & it seems like the worker didn't know what he's doing.

He had us standing at the counter looking at the menu for a few minutes. However he didn't bother saying hello or asking if we wanted anything. Had an AirPod in his ear (does that violate workplace safety?) while working. We went to the dessert side thinking that's where we had to order, & were told he was supposed to take ours.

Fries are left hovering over the air fryers for who knows how long & can be exposed to bacteria/bugs. The fries tasted burnt when getting them.

It took us about 10 minutes to even get a drink, & nearly 20 minutes to get our food.

Would not recommend this DQ.
*Quebec should have mandatory window grades based off health inspections, because this place would be far from an A.*

Great customer service from all employees, i tried the poutine with a cherry milkshake & it was amazing, althought the price may be surprising, it's pretty worth it

The overall experience at Dairy Queen was good. However, they should be more careful when taking customers' orders, as there was a mistake with ours. Other than that, everything was fine, & I hope they pay a little more attention to order accuracy in the future.
