Been going to this Dairy Queen for many years, but on our last visit here, the ice cream was horrible for the $15 that we paid. Not sure if they are new owners, but the ice cream we were served was unacceptable. It did not have any taste whatsoever & it was not creamy as usual. It was more like ice milk. Icy bits of water in it. I spoke to the owner who happened to be there & he told me there was nothing wrong with it. Unacceptable! We will never return there! I would give no stars if I could!

I ordered this cake for my friend's birthday & honestly, I'm really happy with how it turned out. The cake looked beautiful & the design came out exactly how I wanted it. You can tell they actually put time & effort into making it look good. My friend loved it!

Also, the staff were really nice & welcoming. Everyone had a friendly, good vibe, which made the whole experience even better. I'm definitely happy with my order & would come back again. Thank you for making the cake look so good!

This has to be one of the worst experiences of my life. When i first walked the employees were no where to be found. After 5 whole minutes they finally showed up. Me & & my daughter both got blizzards, & they were purely vanilla. Atleast 2 toppings in each. Both ice creams were melted & the employees did not even flip them to see if they would leak. I then asked them to add more toppings as it was just vanilla ice cream & they added a measly lump of peanut butter. The only reason i'm giving a 1 star is because i can't give 0. Really great customer service at this branch! We ordered an ice cream cake, & Kamal was the guy working that day. He was super attentive & helpful, showed us different decoration options & made the whole process really easy. We were very happy with the service & the cake.😊

I don't know what happened to the store, but they don't like to apply special promotions from the fan club.
The promo was in the list of stores that accepts the promo. I even show it to the person at the cash. They do not honor promo.

Excellent Dairy Queen! The staff is always friendly, honest, pleasant, & incredibly quick. They're genuinely honest, provide outstanding service with a smile, & make every visit enjoyable. I truly recommend this location to anyone looking for fast service & a welcoming team. Keep up the great work!

While the quality of Dairy Queen's ice cream deserves a 5/5, the customer service we experienced was unfortunately 0/5.

Our group of eight visited the store on August 1 at around 11:40 PM. The store's sign indicated that it was open until 12:00 AM, so we expected to be served normally. However, the staff member taking our order was rushed, aggressive, & discourteous throughout the interaction.

When one of my friends asked a simple question about the menu, instead of answering politely, he simply gestured impatiently toward the menu board. He displayed the same rude attitude toward several members of our group.

On a positive note, the lady who handed us our order was friendly, welcoming, & courteous. We appreciate her professionalism.

We understand that staff may be tired near closing time, but if the store is open & accepting customers, they should be treated with respect.
