Dagwoods shows promise with very fresh ingredients and tasty subs and bread, but service and timing vary; online pre-orders are sometimes not ready at the scheduled time, making the pre-ordering feel unreliable since walk-in customers are sometimes served faster; a server repeatedly tried to add pickles, resulting in an unusable sandwich for one diner, and there was little apology or acknowledgment, which cooled the overall impression; nevertheless the atmosphere can be friendly and the sandwiches often excellent, and Dagwoods is generally seen as better than many fast options, though consistency across visits and staff attentiveness could use improvement.

Le monsieur allait faire mon sandwich avec les mêmes gants de cuisine que ceux qu'il avait utilisé pour faire payé la cliente avant moi. Je lui demande poliment de changer ses gants pour des nouveaux & il m'a répondu de manière très impolie. Très arrogant!

Dagwood's sandwiches are an institution for a reason. Better bread, flavours & special Dagwood's sauces set them apart from the other guys.

Love the 'family' atmosphere of the place. It's a 'mom & pop' franchise & they are wonderful people. Very nice to talk to & remembers my name. Good customer service & a pleasure to chat with them.
