Ma première fois que je vais la bas. Les employés était méga gentils & souriants. Puis le sandwich était vraiment bon aussi (mieux que subway). Une place à realler.

Anissa elle a été parfaite. On a appelé mais elle a pas répondu. Elle a prit le temps de nous rappelle car elle a été occupe avec un client. Son service excellent avec un sourire! Merci!

This is usually my fav Dagwood!
But today , all went wrong!
We ordered take out , 2 trio 12 inch! Almost 60$ with delivery! Yeahh, its cheap anymore.

Anyhow, all the orders was wrong! We asked like for always a decent generous portion of ingredients, we get 0 almost ingredients inside.

We mentionned , no sauce inside! The sauce was inside, & it looks like somebody pissed in it! It was all wet , sloggy & no taste.

I asked to have a Diet pepsi! Guess what they gave a pepsi!

I finally ending up throwing our sandwishes!
Because it was poorly prepared & disgutingly done!

I called them to informed then! I get a kid, i dont know if he was high or something! He responded very weird & refuses to provide his name!! Then he passe me to Ariane! & she played the tough one! She have hard time to say sorry ,so we can remediate to all this errors.

Nothing ,0 conpassion & 0 professionel!
I asked to talk to a managet & owners ! She said he is on vacation!

I told her please let the owner call me, she refused & hang up the phone!!

I mean why all this non sens unsupportive behavior! I am for so many years a client.

Usually its 90% always good! But this time, it was not!
I throw away my money...

Anyways! I hope the owner contact me ! Because ne needs to know that this kind of service is very wrong for his business.

& maybe out the right people in place!.

Service tres très impeccable je suis allez a 8h20 pm les employés se sont soucier de la fraîcheur du pain blanc est il mont le mentionné se qui est très rare dans une chaine de restaurant rapide tres polie est très professionnel ji retournerai sans i penser ça en prend bcp plus de se genre d'employés

I don't know who the owner of this dagwood's is but the only thing I could say you have done an exceptional job hiring amazing staff. Always polite & yes bilingual. I love going there always great service
Other merchant should really take notes . Good to see they're still good service around good job guys.
