Nous avons commandé une table d'hôte avec une soupe Woton, un rouleau de printemps, un poulet sauté citronelle & des pad thai.
La soupe & le rouleau étaient excellents.
Les pad thai avaient un goût inhabituel. Le fond de sauce ne correspondait pas. De plus, il y avait peu cacahuètes & pas de citron.
Pour le poulet sauté à la citronelle, accompagné de vermicelle, je m'attendais à un plat cuit au Wok. En fait, le poulet & son accompagnement baignaient dans le glutamate, qui n'est pas un ingrédient habituel de la cuisine vietnamienne. Si le menu avait été accompagné de photos, je n'aurait pas pris ce poulet sauté au glutamate.

Je suis arrivé 1h-1h30 avant la fermeture. Rarement m'a-t'on fait sentir comme si on ne voulait pas me servir. Après avoir arrêté mon choix sur 3 plats qui n'étaient plus disponibles à cette heure là, j'ai finalement trouvé un plat qui était disponible & qui m'intéressait ( facilement la moitié du menu n'était pas disponible) . Heureusement que la-dite nourriture était impeccable & savoureuse, ça aura balancé avec mon' expérience service douteuse

WOW je mange de la soupe pho au moins 2 fois par mois, j'ai essayé plusieurs restaurants partout à Montréal mais celui-ci mérite ma note de 10/10 pour le bouillon & les rouleaux. Le service est en français en plus. Vraiment mon coup de coeur n'hésitez pas à l'essayer 😍

The grilled pork with vermicelles is the best meal I've ever had! The pork is very tasty. The vegetable soup is so comforting after along day. The broth is fantastic. My family & I have been going to this restaurant for years & we always have loved the staff & their service.

Très bon restaurant asiatique malgré le look extérieur & intérieur de la bâtisse. La nourriture est excellente & à bon prix avec un service agréable. Je vous conseille de prendre pour emporter car la salle à manger est assez petite & manque beaucoup de finesse. Je recommande les grillades de boeuf, poulet & crevette ainsi que les rouleaux impériaux.
